    Exactly what Ezekiel Emanel's "Complete Lives System" proposes.
    You know, Ezekiel Emanuel, Brother of Rham, placed by Obama to lead the committee on health care resource allocation under the ACA.
    It has full power under the ACA to implement what it wants, without oversight.

    I've been telling them for years that the complete lives system was coming. Some even tout it as a good thing to save money, when they're looking to justify their arguements for more free ****.
    Now they'll cry when grandma gets morphine and a bed to die in instead of front line care
