It's funny too...because I'm pro-choice. And this user is arguing against abortion by saying it's in the Constitution. Haha

If the Supreme Court ruled that abortion is illegal...do you think the same Alt Left radicals would agree that it's "In the Constitution"?

A person doesn’t say it. The constitution and Supreme Court does

If they cite the constitution in their ruling, as they did in roe and Texas v white then of course.

Exactly. If the Alt Left could cite us the text from the constitution of which they "claim" they are referring to...maybe this would be a good debate. However- they just fail to do so.

Agreed. They can't. Because if they could, they would. Rather than repeat over and over, "I already told you."

    That's weak.

Lol yep. They keep saying "It's in the COURT RULING!!". But they won't cite the actual constitutional text. Which is the argument of the weak.

Refusing to read the ruling, which cites the specific language in the constitution, doesn’t make it go away.

And how do they know what you've read and not read. Some sort of telepathy?

I've asked the Alt Left radials to MERELY just copy and paste the constitutional text. Apparently it's soooo difficult lol!

It's not only hard. It's impossible. Because nothing in the constitution says a state may not leave. So they can't copy and paste anything.

They can copy a "court ruling" that took place 100 years after the constitution was written. They still can't cite the constitutional text lol
