that number is a crock, so, the rest of that post is bogus because without the adequate tax base providing for the care and health of the indolent ones, the rest of the numbers become irrelevant.
GDP is down for the 1st half of this year.
The new GDP numbers relied heavily upon ACA. Both are floundering. Unemployment is actually equal to the first half of the Great Depression..
