No. I'm also not OK with FBI entrapping him. I'm also not OK with pencil-neck declaring he has direct evidence of President Trump colluding with russkies. Are you OK with that?

I think all the traitors should be executed quickly after they are convicted.

No, in other words I don't think it meets the statutory definition of treason because there is no evidence they levied war against the united states or adhered to its enemies.
Statutes have meanings. Terms of art have meanings. Use the terms correctly, or make up an approximation of grunts, clicks and whistles and call it a new word with its own definition that can mean anything you'd like.

The innocent are often coerced into pleading guilty. Are you unaware of that?

A jest, no evidence there and the IRS has been up his ass for the past few decades like any other rich person, not seeing any evidence here either you'll have to be more specific.

Then make the argument. If you want to tie that action by Strzok the amazing **** weasel to levying war against the united states, establish the elements, show causation by facts etc.

How would tagging flynn for lying to the FBI be levying war against the united states? And............................................................................... Go!

Next step is for Durham to indict the dirty cops behind this farce, conspiracy to deny Flynn his civil rights and lying to a judge are a start.

IOW, they are by definition traitors, but they cannot be prosecuted?
Have they all testified about their motives for committing treason before grand juries?
A bit soon to conclude that none of these traitors were working for foreign powers.

I would argue openly deceiving the President of the United States adheres to our enemies(even if indirectly) and levies a 'war' against the President.

I didn't say it was. I said it was a legitimate predicate for an investigation. His crime was lying to the FBI, among other things.

Even leftists know at this point that Flynn pleaded guilty because Mueller and company threatened to destroy Flynn's son. Oh and yes you can destroy someone using bogus charges sans evidence . . . if you represent the government and find the correct Obama era activist type judge. You can destroy them via the cost of legal fees if nothing else. Flynn knew that. Hell, even the judge that oversaw Flynn's trial knew WHY Flynn pleaded guilty, since he repeatedly tried to get Flynn to reject his own plea.

Soliciting foreign aid from china: a joke. You'll need 'waive my magic wand' style facts to make that anything actionable.
Tax Fraud: He's had the IRS up his ass for decades and they've not charged him with squat. Pretty safe bet there is no there, there.
As to doing business with a corrupt foreign entity, 1) that's not a statutory violation so why don't you dig up the actual code violation you want to cite here since its not generally known like tax fraud or the logan act. 2) you haven't proven that he's done that so....

Trump helped build a hotel in Azerbaijan with a very corrupt transportation minister who builds all sorts of insanely unneccessarily expensive projects in cahoots with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

He had a $12,000 a year salary but is a billionaire.

Trump and his family were deeply involved in the design and development of this project, and that means they violated the The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which makes it illegal for American companies from participating in a scheme to reward a foreign government official in exchange for material benefit or preferential treatment. The law even made it a crime for an American company to unknowingly benefit from a partner’s corruption if it could have discovered illicit activity but avoided doing so.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_Corrupt_Practices_Act

And Trump just happened to end his relationship with the hotel, one month after winning the election.

Trump solicited foreign assistance in a federal election, from Ukraine.

Trump did business with a corrupt minister in Azerbaijan.

trump committed tax fraud in NY, by underestimating the value of his assets for tax purposes but overestimating their value in order to get a loan.
