    Flynn is a traitor who pursued the interests of a foreign power while also working for the US government. He should be tried for Treason.

    Almost assuredly, but not in the case he was charged with...

    Even though Prosecutors correctly said that the Kislyak call transcripts are not material to his lies to the FBI and Pence, I see no way that that Judge Sullivan doesn't get them released, like he ordered last summer...

    In fact, if those call transcripts DON'T indicate Flynn had the conversations as specified, I wonder why Barr doesn't release them today...

    The Mueller investigation have nothing to do with the investigation of Flynn. Flynn lied to the VP about his dealings with the russians, which gave the russians kompromat, which was the 'predication' required for the investigation, that he had one of the most senior posts in the white house, that of national security advisor.

    The validity of the Mueller investigation, led by republicans, initiated by a Trump appointee, has been established as valid. this is incontrovertible, and any denial of this fact is partisan hackery.

    The AG's determination here is a travesty of justice, and is the tipping point towards the collapse of the justice department, the rise of more chronyism, and the slide towards banana republicanism. However, God willing, the courts will see this for what it is, and shoot it down. No administration is more corrupt than this administration. If Biden wins, and Harris is AG, those who trampled on the constitution and the rule of law in this administration will be brought to justice.

    FTR. Flynn never denied lying to the FBI until it became politically possible for an acquittal. His defense up until then was, and this is NOT MADE UP, That the FBI was at fault for not telling him that lying to them was illegal.

    All of the moves at Justice have led up to this point. Flynns acquittal is 100% political. Innocent men don't plead Guilty, especially career Generals. There was audio evidence that he was negotiating with foreign countries before Trump was sworn in, he was accused of doing just that in this case, he lied, they showed the proof and now he gets acquitted ?

    I love how everything Obama is political, but everything Trump does is just "patriotic".
