LOL... you must really think there are no other sources than your beloved MSM to tell you what to think... But, sure. Of course attacking the president through his proxies doesn't fit your narrative... Got it.

Somewhere back in closed corridors of power, Trump whined to Barr about Flynn. Barr, being the sycophant he is, well, we are witnessing that outcome today. This is banana republicanism. I've observed, since Trump taking the WH, the decline of America, which was in baby steps. It has graduated to walking, and now it is galloping in that direction. To save America, there is only one hope, and that not only to remove the treasonous criminals from office, but to incarcerate the lot of them, for a long long time.

In July 2016, Flynn spoke at a meeting of ACT! for America at a point when the 2016 Turkish coup d'état attempt against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was still underway. He spoke favorably of the coup participants, saying that Erdoğan had been moving Turkey away from secularism and towards Islamism and that participants in the coup wanted Turkey to be and to be seen as a secular nation—a goal "worth clapping for."[58]

By the end of September 2016, Flynn's consulting company was hired by Inovo BV, a company owned by Kamil Ekim Alptekin, the Chair of the Turkish-American Business Council, which is an arm of the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK).[59][60][61][62][63]

On November 8 (election day in the United States), an op-ed written by Flynn was published by The Hill, calling for U.S. backing for Erdoğan's government and criticizing the regime's opponent, Fethullah Gülen, alleging that Gülen headed a "vast global network" that fitted "the description of a dangerous sleeper terror network".[64][65][66] At the time, Flynn did not disclose that his consulting firm had received funds from a company with ties to the Turkish government.[67] After Flynn's ties had been disclosed by The Daily Caller, Politico, and others, the editor of The Hill added a note to Flynn's op-ed, stating that Flynn had failed to disclose that he had been engaged at the time in "consulting work that might have aided the government of Turkey," that his firm had received payments from a company with close ties to the Turkish government, or that the company had reviewed the draft of the op-ed before it was submitted to The Hill.[64]

On March 8, 2017, Flynn registered with the Justice Department as a foreign agent for $530,000 worth of lobbying work before election day.[68] This work was done on behalf of a Dutch-based company that may have been working for the Turkish government.[68]

On March 24, 2017, former Director of the CIA James Woolsey said that in September 2016 Flynn, while working for the Trump presidential campaign, had attended a meeting in a New York hotel with Turkish officials including foreign minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and energy minister Berat Albayrak, son-in-law of Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and had discussed abducting Fethullah Gülen and sending him to Turkey, bypassing the U.S. extradition legal process

Flynn sat next to Russian President Vladimir Putin at the dinner, leading journalist Michael Crowley of Politico to report that "at a moment of semi-hostility between the U.S. and Russia, the presence of such an important figure at Putin's table startled" U.S. officials.[52][77][78] As part of the festivities, Flynn gave a talk on world affairs for which he was paid at least $45,000.[76] Flynn defended the RT payment in an interview with Michael Isikoff.[7

On February 1, 2017, the ranking Democratic members on six House committees sent a letter to Secretary of Defense James Mattis, requesting a Department of Defense investigation into Flynn's connection to RT.[79] The legislators expressed concern that Flynn had violated the Foreign Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution by accepting money from RT.[79]

A 2017 report by the United States Intelligence Community characterized RT as "The Kremlin's principal international propaganda outlet" and said that RT America is set up as an autonomous nonprofit organization "to avoid the Foreign Agents Registration Act".[80][81]

As a retired military intelligence officer, Flynn was required to obtain prior permission from the Defense Department and the State Department before receiving any money from foreign governments. Flynn apparently did not seek that approval before the RT speech, and he did not report the payment when he applied for renewal of his security clearance two months later.[76] Glenn A. Fine, the acting Defense Department Inspector General, has confirmed he is investigating Flynn.[52]

    Flynn.....is dirty.

I believe a civil lawsuit is now wide open to him. Would be great if he could go after the Swamp rats personally.

So why did the DOJ in early 2017 want to drop the case because there was nothing there? Only the uber partisan Swamp rat Peter Strozek kept it going. Like the Russia hoax, this was an investigation in search of a crime.

Flynn could and should be charged with violating the Emoluments clause and acting as an unregistered foreign agent.

Only because they threatened to prosecute his family members on juked up charges, the same dirty cop tactic used by the Mueller investigation.

I think Trump should be prosecuted for treason, violating the emoluments clause, campaign finance violations and doing business with corrupt foreign entities

    and tax fraud

No, they did it after to hobble the Trump administration, the 'Plan B' Peter Strozek talked about. They wanted Flynn gone because he was planning to audit our corrupt intel agencies, and he was a vocal critic of our failed Afghan policy.

Let me simplify this: "Wah, I want Flynn imprisoned, wah." I don't know how the Canadian Justice System works, but the American Justice System doesn't work like that. You are presumed innocent, until proven guilty. And Flynn was in the process of getting his guilty plea vacated. With the DOJ's motion to dismiss, the DOJ is verbally agreeing with Sidney Powell.

And once the case is dismissed from the courts, Flynn is a free and innocent man of all charges. Sure, there'll be Flynn never enders(like 9/11 truthers) but that's a small price to pay for freedom.

I don't know about the other frivolous cases you mention, but a long time ago a judge threw out the emoluments violation farce.

Jesus ****ing christ man. I'm a libertarian. I'm also an attorney. I don't like the media, or trust them over much. Here I don't need to, as the facts are not in question.
Treason is a crime, long enshrined in US law. It has elements. It has case law surrounding it. Minor bureaucratic ****ery like this against another bureaucrat? Is not attempting to overthrow the president of the united states by force of arms. FFS.

"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

    18 U.S. Code § 2381

THAT'S NOT LEVYING WAR. THAT'S NOT ADHERING TO AN ENEMY. FFS.

Lying to the VP is not a crime. This was one if the Indictments related to mueller’s investigation and was being prosecuted By his team.

the investigation of Flynn was closed, then reopened by Peter to try and get him fired.

I can't help to feel that no heads on the left will roll. They have been getting away with criminal acts since the Clintons in the 90's and nothing ever ever ever happens to any of them. So I think this is good news for Flynn, and he deserves a full pardon, I know snakes like Schiff will continue to get away with murder every day.
Anyone holding their breath for anyone in the FBI to go to jail will pass out long before anything at all ever happens.
