Imagine how the pain of abortion permanently alters the brain.

    Oh good lord.

    Did you even read those?

Look at the first one: One doctor does a "study" where one infant WITHOUT ANESTHESIA performs a circumcision in an MRI with an OBSIDIAN blade.....I'll leave that piece of whatthe****ery alone.... and then one guy looks at an MRI and declares "yeah see it hasn't returned to baseline" ipso facto we have hard proof.

You have seriously got to be kidding me here.

As for your second article, I can contest that I've never had any problems like it mentions.

As for the 3rd one.....what's the problem other than needing to keep a bottle of water near the bed?

”This study confirms the importance of the foreskin for penile sensitivity, overall sexual satisfaction, and penile functioning. Furthermore, this study shows that a higher percentage of circumcised men experience discomfort or pain and unusual sensations as compared with the uncircumcised population. ” that’s a bit more than needing a water bottle

    Says survey.

    Let's do another one.

What's the percentage of American men that are circumcized? About 60%.

What's the percentage of American men who enjoy sex a great deal? 83%.

What would be the percentage that enjoyed it even more if they were not mutilated at birth?

People with 9 fingers still go through life normally, they would still prefer their 10th one...

Because the treatment for GD to correct the mind to the body doesn't exist without causing more damage than it fixes. The physical treatment does fix more than it leaves damage.

Yes the relief of the suffering of GD should be enthusiastically be encouraged. Why would we not encourage the alleviation of such?

So a person born born with a vagina, but having an XY chromosome pair is male, and should be raised female?

Medical induced abortions are no different to a woman's period!

SURGICAL abortions are done using anesthetics!

Thanks for establishing that you lack relevant Subject Matter Knowledge on the topic of abortions.

    Say what?

Are you really advocating for lopmydickoffme or addadicktome surgery for the treatment of a mental disorder?

    False.

Abortion ends a life and there is no anesthesia for the unborn as it's ripped to pieces.

    Thanks for the ghoulish post.

    This is a ridiculous argument.

I mean if you can show me emotional support groups for people with circumcisions when they're 60% of the male population you might have a point.

Nearly all of the people who are circumcised that have problems are people who get adult circumcisions.

It is nowhere near the actual definition of "mutilation". Female circumcision is.

    It is literally the definition:
Mutilation or maiming (from the Latin: mutilus) is cutting off or injury to a body part of a person so that the part of the body is permanently damaged, detached or disfigured.[1]

No, it's not damaged or disfigured or detached. The penis still works, is not disfigured, and is still attached to the body.

I don't think detached means what you think it means there.

If this is the definition you think applies, then clipping your toe nails is mutilation.

The foreskin is detached with zero consent from the person that will be permanently altered.
It was previously part of the penis.

What do you believe happens to the foreskin if it isn’t detached?

First off, not all who are transgender require going through a complete SRS in order to alieviate GD. So if presenting as the gender is all that is needed to alieviate GD, then of course I don't advocate SRS as a treatment, any more than I would advocate open heart surgery to put in a stint (sp?).

But for those who do need that extreme, it still
Dude a foreskin is literally detached from the penis during circumcision. There is no getting around that fact.

As to mutilation and whether or not the process causes degraded performance of the penis, particularly in the area of sex (not necessarily procreation), that seems rather mixed bag. Some males who have had such done as adults have claim a reduction in pleasure, while others have claim an increase, and still others can't tell the difference.

That said, it is normally not a medically necessary procedure (there are some exceptions) and as such should not be performed on any other than a consenting adults. The umbilical cord is a poor example since involves two people not one.

Dude, so is a flap of skin when you get your ear pierced. So is a piece of your nail when you clip it.

Yes, adult circumcision can lead to rare incidents of problems. Piercing your ear can lead to infection and loss of the ear. Clipping your nails can lead to ingrown toenails. Boob jobs and nose jobs can lead to death.

    C'est la vie.

That is a natural process, it must happen.
Are you really comparing an umbilical cord to a circumcision?

No it doesn't. Eventually it'll fall off on it's own. No need to cut it without permission.

And yes, I am. Both are pieces of skin. The umbilical actually serves a valid purpose at least.

In nature animals chew through it, can you show me in nature a male circumcision?

One must happen, the other shouldn’t

Ironic PROJECTION of your own FACTLESS "ghoulish post"!

Do you know what a "crack baby" means?

Drugs taken by the addict end up in the fetus!

Alcohol and nicotine end up in the fetus too!

    https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1002/bdrc.21128

But according to your "magical thinking" above when the women is given anesthesia injected directly into the cervix it somehow never reaches the fetus in spite of the anesthesia being less than an inch from the placenta?

When you have a tooth drilled does the novacaine only affect that single tooth or does it make the entire side of your face and even part of your tongue and lips go numb?

    FACTS matter!

Sad that those who hate women's rights are ALLERGIC to FACTUAL REALITY!

Te, for what its worth there is clear evidence that anesthesia delivered to the mother during the first trimester can (not will) have adverse affects their fetus, the same goes for local anesthesia to a lesser degree. But there is no 'up' side to this argument. Anti-abortionists will never be persuaded by facts like this. Nor will pro-abortionists be dissuaded even if if this were not the case.

Its the main reason that, with this one (probably first and only) exception I never enter debates of this topic. Abortion is a topic where nobody wins, ever and everybody loses - always. In real life and on-line.
