    Settlement of the Americas[edit]
According to the most generally accepted theory of the settlement of the Americas, migrations of humans from Eurasia to the Americas took place via Beringia, a land bridge which connected the two continents across what is now the Bering Strait. The number and composition of the migrations is still being debated.[1] Falling sea levels associated with an intensive period of Quaternary glaciation created the Bering land bridge that joined Siberia to Alaska about 60–25,000 years ago.[1][2] The latest this migration could have taken place is 12,000 years ago; the earliest remains undetermined.[3][4]

Three major migrations occurred, as traced by linguistic and genetic data; the early Paleoamericans soon spread throughout the Americas, diversifying into many hundreds of culturally distinct nations and tribes.[5][6] By 8000 BCE the North American climate was very similar to today's.[7] A study published in 2012 gives genetic backing to the 1986 theory put forward by linguist Joseph Greenberg that the Americas must have been populated in three waves, based on language differences.[8][9]

And all men are created equal'. Pretty much rules out skin color. They didn't say all whites are above every other skin color.

You began by stating an undeniable fact, however you exercise great eisegetic liberty in suggesting that the intent of the founders was meant to be 'for' whites. At the time of our founding, there were many peoples who were not free, Africans, and Europeans who were indentured, and while the Naturalization Act of 1790 did limit naturalization (citizenship) to whites it did so only to those who were free and of good character. Neither the Declaration of Independence nor the Constitution provided any language showing an intent to permanently exclude non-whites from becoming citizens, and the 13th and 14th amendments 1865 & 1868 would not have occurred if it was so.

What do Amerindians have to do with with the United States?

Our first policies restricted citizenship to whites. How much clearer does it need to be that the US was founded by and for whites?

What's the connection between amendments created long after the founders and what they really thought?

Non-white immigration and naturalization was still biased against non-whites until the 20th century, and these laws were based on the same Constitution and founders' intentions you cite for the 13th and 14th amendments.

Obviously the naturalization act of 1790 would be closer to the founders' views than amendments after every founder had passed. Logically we'd have to wonder why the amendments needed passing well after the founders rather than by them or during their lifetimes with their tacit approval.

UM, they were here and settled here.
And our 1st policies have since been corrected. How much clearer does it need to be. They rid the country of their racist ways. Time for you to do the same.

How does the presence of native Americans change the fact the US was founded by and for whites?

Did native Americans found the United States?

White nationalists created the most powerful and successful nation in modern history and we are built on their ideology.

    What needs 'correcting'?

Because it wasn't founded for whites. Only by.

    If founded means stealing.

Fact: The U.S. was founded by white Europeans.

    Obviously not.

White Europeans, seeking to be free and sovereign individuals, no less than any King, and pursue their Happiness based upon their determination/abilities to succeed or fail created a Nation comprised of 13 States initially, primarily for the protection of one another from attack by more powerful European rulers wishing to expand their territory and resources.

In keeping with the OP, the implication that Steve King's remarks referring to what Geert Wilders said were appalling, in my opinion needs to be changed.

Did native Americans write the founding documents of the nation?

Why were Stephen King's remarks appalling when they are the truth?

There is no reason to believe non-white races and non-western cultures are capable of carrying Western civilization.

If you agree with my statement that the US was founded by whites, why don't you correct other misinformed posters?

The founders only considered white, male land owners worthy to vote.

    Did I say they did?
Read what I said. Founded by, but not exclusively for. At least after their mistakes of being racist was overcome. Just like you need to overcome it.

What is the mistake of being racist when only whites are successful?

Being non-racist results in Detroit, Rhodesia/Zimbabwe, South Africa and Central and South America.

Why even mention native Americans when they played no part in forming the US?

The united States was also made for whites when we only allowed whites to become citizens. What part of this fact is unclear to you?

Mistake or not, the roots of the US and her greatness were founded in racism. Non-racism is the newcomer; racism is the old guard upon which the nation was built.

Modifications are less authentic making non-racism an ideology alien to the united States and her established system of government.

Someone posted that the founding fathers created a land of equality. I was correcting the record. Progressives and Liberals changed our government.

No, things go from order to disorder naturally. That doesn't make disorder preferable or better than order.

In the binary world, it only appears that way. In the real world, progress is better. It's why we now have electricity and other nice things.

So you'd rather we live by candle light and whale oil cuz you're scared of what one may do with technology.

News flash. If one is hell bent on destroying the world, they will figure out how to do it. It's best if the gov'ts of the world keep up.
If the gov'ts role is to protect. Granted, not all gov'ts are set that way.

Technology isn't the problem, it's the idea that things must constantly change and that change is always "for the betterment", which is what you said. We didn't need to change the demographics of the West. That was done purely for greedy and political reasons.
