Or perhaps posters that think killing hundreds of thousand of civilians and thousands of Americans and wasting billions of dollars for a cause that no one has ever actually been able to explain are the genuine deluded posters.

 

Well I wondered how much more grumpling you would emote. Do you realize you are angry at John Kennedy who threw in 75,000 Special forces troops into that war? I mean he could have stopped then and there. Would Democrat Johnson had such a fit he put in 549,000 troops to die for the Democratic party Johnson.
I was in Germany from 1962-64 and my commander in Chief was John Kennedy. The same Kennedy that almost had us in a nuclear war with us as the targets! I recall him using our navy to blockade Cuba and threaten Russia and Cuba. We would crap our drawers today were Trump to pull such a stunt. I was there as I told you. We got the news from Stars and Stars and stripes the military newspaper. I wondered if you could bring yourself to nail the Democrat and good. So good you realize that. Let's not try to do a two step on this. I recall that event very well.

 

Stupid comment, I am angry at everyone who wasted American lives and killed American soldiers and napalmed villages and massacred civilians for what as far as I can tell was a totally meaningless war. It was the final proof in my life that the American system of government was insane. And yes I was extremly active in the anti war movement which eventually made the American people wake up and force the government to end the war.

 

Well Kennedy and Johnson were not dropping bombs but their Generals did. And Lyndon make sure he told the Generals what targets he wanted blown up.

It had a lot of meaning for you to refuse to go to serve as I did or you would not still be angry at a war that was over when you were a young man.

I was for the war under Kennedy based on propaganda we read in the stars and stripes. What turned me against was I knew that Johnson was playing war and not trying to end it.

Then it is time for yourself to prove conclusively, beyond reasonable doubt, that the background check in the state of California is not truly "universal" in nature, and is indeed allowing known criminals to freely acquire firearms without any difficulty, thus making the background check process in the state of California no better than it is in any other state.

This is ultimately your argument, therefore it is time for yourself to back it up.

 

All you have to do is bother to read the actual law. I already posted excerpts which I guess you didn't read. Oh and did you see my posting where the study showed about 25% of all gun transfers in California didn't involve a background check?
