Rationalize it any way you want to. Tear a baby from it's mothers womb and crush it's skull. After all it is nothing but a spoonful of cells. All this nothing but hollow rhetoric from a moron who claims outrage at the death of an animal. After all, what is an elephant but another gob of cells.

The number of killing an animal has been posted, and it's like less than 4000 euro for a bizon.
The country hardly makes any money on it. Get real. And them countries are very corrupt.
And them middle age white people take advantage of that when emptying the reservations.

Nothing more than a meaningless and hollow appeal to emotion in absence of a legitimate argument on the matter.

Trump set the tone, with by calling immigrants a bunch of rapist, while he mocked that he could get away with sexual assault himself. It's way too late to deny this.

With mammals especially, if they congregate socially & there's some degree of communality, raising one squirmy little noisemaker is pretty much the same as raising another, but this assumes stable resources.

Lions are weird cats because they're pack animals, so the lioness thing surprised me at first, but the real surprise would be a solo cat like a tiger raising someone else's cub.

When resources are seriously strained, various mothers will eat their own young of course.

Then actually do something about it. Organize a massive protest and contribute far more funding than any hunter ever could, until the country in question is convinced to put a permanent end to all foreign hunting within its borders. Do something of actual substance rather than meaningless whining about how whites are evil.

I don’t know what to say. I’ve never claimed my links were to dispute charts and graphs. They were to try and get you to think about the issue not just regurgitate bought and paid for opinions.

The National Geographic article was actually pretty good. It showed both sides of the issue. It even admitted some countries have run out of resources after stopping trophy hunting. The problem is the conclusions. Always reverting to blaming a few trophy kills for the demise of species when poaching is the real culprit.

It was your original premise as well. Blaming white men for a problem that wouldn’t exist without the native poachers and habitat loss. This is why problems rarely get fixed. You can’t solve anything if the real problem isn’t identified correctly.

If you want to figure out a way to preserve these species with purely tourist money knock yourself out. But it isn’t working now with both resources very well. Probably not wise to take one away. Besides, what kind of air time would conservation get without a Cecil or baby elephant story now and then to fire up donations and awareness?

So your point is these countries run by blacks sell elephants cheap?

Just fact. A four year old elephant has tusk as a four year old boy has teeth.

Such does not make the two substitution goods for one another, however. A baby elephant is not in any way similar to a human child of the same approximate age, so there is no legitimate point in attempting to perform a compare and contrast with the two of them.

Actually elephants are very intelligent and their social structure quite complex so the difference between a four year old elephant and a human child might not be as vast as you imagine.

"Elephants have passed a test of intelligence which scientists say has “profound” implications for our understanding of their mental capabilities. They were found to be capable of performing a task that showed they have a level of self-understanding that is rare in the animal world and defeats humans until they are about two years old."

The whole idea of trophy hunting is to protect make money to protect the parks against poachers.
While in reality,... it's just a fail. The hunters kill the biggest animals for the trophy, the ones who were winning the survival of the fittest, and so weakening the hert by every kill they make. And the money it generates aint enough to protect against poachers. All in all,.. it's bad. And the articles prove it.

The only way to protect against poachers is to kill poachers. That, or legitimize the harvesting of the species in the same way that is done with livestock. Various species of cows and chickens are certainly not in any danger of being poached into extinction, despite the sheer numbers that are killed each year.

Generally they open for the animals nearing the end of their life expectancy.

I don't think the same applies to predators, male lions are known for killing off male cubs to prevent them from taking over the pack... other predators... not sure I very much doubt it, if so I would love to hear about it.

You're a waste of time remember.

I hunted Dall sheep in Alaska,
We needed a 7/8 th curl.
This ranges from 30 to 40 inches.

If you draw a tag for buffalo, you go with fin and feather, and they point out the ones you can shoot.

If you are deer hunting, the game management decides what you can get in each area, from spike to 2 or 3 points.
    Some places doe are open.\
We were allowed 5 deer in Alaska, 7, if you got two on Kodiak Is.
Sitka black tail, no bigger than a large German Shepard.
After you skin them they have an inch of fat.

To me, theres something repugnant about killing animals for sport.
That repugnancy increases when photos are taken of the proud killers standing around their dead prey.
It increases even further when the photo depicts an American flag...why is it necessary to identify your country in the photo..as if we are proud americans...we kill anything we want to kill....and the US wonder
why people form negative opinions of the US....
Well done lads...pft....no respect or praise from me..absolutely zilch....

Why is it necessary to experience repugnance at members of the human species demonstrating precisely why they are the dominant predator species on the planet?
