Where did you get that idea? It is a far dumber idea than thinking a wall would have no effect and certainly not what I said.

I know, when you have nothing, you have to get creative and argue points no one has made.

What is the problem? The wall forces them to dig tunnels which are easy to locate. They spend months and capital digging tunnels. When they finish we arrest them and put a damper in their operation.

I guess they'll just have to dig a canal from the Rio Grande in El Paso to Tijuana and stock it with fish.

I am thinking "hang gliders" as the next step.

There is nothing common about the sense many are applying in rejecting what is needed on the SW border.

In fact, as evidenced on this site, based on a demonstrated significant and alarming lack of knowledge regarding the facts involved, it's clear the only thing common is a total surrender to the rhetoric being fed to them by Nancy, Chuck, and their partners in the media.

You should try to separate yourself from that crowd. I encourage you to try it.

I got it from your post where you said exactly what I claimed you said:

You: "They would be funneled through the "easy routes & tunnels" to where a limited border patrol would be focused and waiting."

It is common sense as if the fact that you will repeat and support anything and everything your master says. All of a sudden you want a wall, and it is ONLY because Trump says he wants one. As soon as GOP lost the control of the House, it became a "national emergency". Did you go through as much trouble arguing for the need of a wall when Dems proposed it in 2012? Your party refused to fund it. Of course you didn't.

Lemming mentality at its best. If Trump said all Americans should wear wooden shoes, you'd spare no argument supporting the idea.

Or maybe they'll go really high-tech and use ladders.......It'll take 2 minutes to go over the wall, but the minions will celebrate that as a success because they arrived 2 minutes later.

So, why aren’t Illegal Aliens use ladders up where the wall stand? Illegal crossings are down 95% in these places.

Devolving into personal attack is a poor way to defend your lack of knowledge on the subject.

You might reconsider using such a transparent masking effort.

No answer? What a surprise. Playing the victim is an old deflection mechanism.

It proves that the way does what it was intended to do

Which is to stop making it easy for vicious gangbangers to carry drugs into our country

And also prevent migrant immigration cheaters from easily getting in

A tunnel is not easy to did and shows the desparation of the criminal eliment in mexico

You can spot a ladder and accurately predict where their warachis will hit the sand. A hang glider is another matter, especially in the dark.

Ok. Drugs still get past all of our attempts to stop them, where traffic comes into the US legally, and where drugs are hidden. So, clearly nothing works, so get rid of any attempt to control drugs entering into the US.

So airport security, border security, does not work. So just stop spending money.

No one would do this of course, which shows just how silly the OP is. What security does do is to limit drug traffic, and illegal aliens coming in. A wall would make a difference. Perhaps instead of 10 of millions getting in over time, we only get in a couple million. And that is the best we can hope for. So do all that we can to minimize it. Since there is no way to absolutely stop either drugs or illegals.

    Just common sense.

I think the mexicans could use catapaults to launch themselves over the wall

No matter how badly they are injured our stupid government would give them free medical care even if it costs millions

It wont be easy to spot a ladder on a 2000 mile border.

If the drugs end up in US either way, then how the heck can you argue it worked? You think the cartels give a rip how "hard" it is for their mules to take it to US? The Colombians build submarines to bring drugs to US, so you think they care it the mule has to take a tunnel?

You think it is any consolidation to the loved ones of an OD victim to know the drugs came in via a tunnel, as opposed to some other way.

Also, it has been pointed out many times than vast majority of drugs are brought in via ports of entry, so the focus is in the wrong place.

And how many square miles would you need to search to spot a hang glider in the sky and then plot its descent?

LOL. Good luck walking from Honduras to California carrying a hang glider, a 50' ladder, and a toddler. Maybe it would be more practical for Mr. Scott to beam them across the border? Or the Mexican air force could just fly them over and push them out over La Jolla? Or issue each illegal a miniature submarine? It is just so damn easy to cross over once the wall is up, everyone will want to do it! :D

Sure, it would work, but how many immigrants own a hang-glider?

Why carry it all the way from Honduras? Wouldn't it make more sense to buy one near the border, or use one which is already there? Believe it or not, but not everyone needs their own ladder. Many can use the same ladder.

I get it. For YOU, the wall would be impossible to overcome, but I am talking about average people, who would have no trouble. You are not much a problem solver, are you.......
