Too incompetent to be prosecuted but not too incompetent to rule?

I believe at this point it's just Hur's opinion. Not a wrong one...but still just an opinion.

You stated "I thought Biden weaponized the DOJ???" which assumes that Biden is 1) actually running the country and 2) is responsible for weaponizing the DOJ.

If Biden isn't running the country - he's just a frontman for the "progressives" who are - and those people weaponized the DOJ, then it's entirely conceivable that they could be turning against him. I'm not saying they'll run him out of office - that would reflect poorly on his administration, Democrats, the LW MSM, his donors, supporters, et al - they could be getting ready to scuttle his run for a second term.

It’s not my claim…it’s been the claim of many others. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's not too hard to understand. I've long said no president would have been better than Trump. So even if Biden were senile, that would be better than Trump. Reagan was senile and you guys loved him.

It's literally the same excuse we got about Trump when his docs were first found: it wasn't intentional. The difference here is we have objective evidence that Trump's example WAS intentional.

Think you're right. Has to be the VP and Staff, then a vote by Congress.

I too have thought about this. Biden is merely an "interface" for his handlers. If he was to be dumped, there would probably be a conflict between them and old "Giggle Puss". It won't happen but it wouldn't be good.

No, the difference was, Trump had a right to Classified information as President and Biden, as a Senator had no right. They were both intentional. Biden accessed his stolen files during the time he had them for his "ghost rider". The idea he didn't know is a lie.

Yup, the SC said Biden "willfully" purloined the classified documents, and he was given a pass while a better man than he will ever be - David Petraeus - was prosecuted for the same offense.

And how was Biden’s document scandal not intentional? He had papers from the time when he was a senator. He was supposed to read them in the skiff and leave them there. He took them out illegally. Did they fall into his socks or coat pocket by accident? Furthermore, Biden, as senator had no authority to declassify those documents; Trump did as president.

Biden is at least just as guilty as Trump on this score, but he gets to use dementia as a legal defense.

Let's assume that the rest of your post is correct(it's not, but for the purposes of this, let's make this assumption)---What does "declassifying" the docs have to do with this?

The very first thing Trump supporters said when those documents were found at Mar a Lago was "Boy, some assistant somewhere is really in trouble." They knew that just because a document was boxed up somewhere didn't mean that Trump was responsible. No, Biden is not at least as guilty as Trump. We have no evidence of Biden's intent. And know, "But come on" isn't a legal argument, and that's all you have. We have metric **** loads of evidence of Trump's intent.

. . . Senators do, indeed, occasionally have access to classified information. How the hell did you not know that? And Trump having access to it in the past does not mean he gets to just keep them forever. Biden says he didn't know. You have no evidence he did. Trump no longer even claims he didn't know. It's been proven he knew. The idea the two are the same is the dumbest lie this year to date.

There are so many dumbassed lies to choose from, too.

The make-believe outrage is almost too much; it reminds me of the FLOP that was the Durham Report, when the righties fell all over themselves to be outraged----over a popcorn fart of a report.

I am correct. Trump had the power to declassify documents as president. Biden, as a senator, did not.

"By God, that senile SOB knowingly retained documents, but he's so ****ed up that I won't do a thing about it but take a few politically motivated cheap shots! Not that I'm a ***** or full of **** and won't put my money where my mouth is, or anything, but I won't be able to prove my case so no charges! Harumph!"

If you listen to your “fearless leader,” Biden blamed underlings for grabbing the wrong documents as well.

Have you ever considered abandoning Biden? I would love to be done with Trump.

Some of the documents Biden is holding he took illegally when he was a senator.

They said if the DOJ wanted it badly, they would have gotten it sooner. They also said the DOJ didn't give Trump enough time to turn it over.

So essentially the DOJ waited too long but also didn't wait long enough. MAGA live in a different reality.

What does Trump lying about declassifying the documents have to do with anything? Quit stuttering and answer.
