You probably do not understand the point of the policy.
The policy is a witch hunt on the men, that way a man who is not mentally stable become nervous, take the gun and shoot people.
That in turn allow make them a new laws that force all people into slavery.

Did we have all this sex stuff already before WWII? It seems it is going completely out of hand. In Finland the Supreme Court just ruled that sex with a 10-year old is not rape, IF the guy is a refugee!!!
Our morals are truly slipping.
