Good post. We need to know who is coming into the country and do better background checks. If radical muslims can plan out 9/11 then there is always a chance they can do something extreme like that again. If we do nothing we are only setting ourselves up for another attack.

 

We have had plenty of terror attacks in the US. Not all of them were from muslims. Americans and white people can cause terror attacks too.

The ban was in place to try and stop or slow down the amount of radical muslims that are trying to get into the country to attack Americans.

 

The liberal mind will only understand the downside of things when it happens to them. They seem to be missing the 'forecast gene', in other words, the inability to predict an obvious result when it's set against a given action!

 

I'm sure people in the UK feel safe too, knowing 100%, a Muslim immigrant is going to kill a lot of people in the upcoming months. Then again, its just something they should get used to, right? Also, how myopic and shortsighted to only deal with a few months.

 

Let's do this slowly so maybe the knuckle draggers can understand.

It is a temporary ban ostensibly to give time for an "extreme vetting" process t be set up.

Turns out there already was a stringent vetting process and no new one was begun during the 120 or so days that Trump has been waiting for his ban to be approved.

And oh yea...refugees made NO attacks on us during that period.

The Travel Ban allows folks from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahran, Kuwait, Nigeria, Kenya.

Japan has a permanent 'travel ban', and close to zero terrorism. it's a no-brainer.

The ban was only supposed to be for 90 days - well those 90 days are up, and guess what? The world didn't end.
