For one thing the violence isn't an ideology unless it is a gang, and yes, they should be deported to a Devil's Island somewhere. There's no decree of religion of "kill the infidels" behind it, it's just random drug induced, crime ridden insanity. We have enough of THAT without inviting a new menace. This is not rocket science.

 

My contention is that Muslims are no more violent than anyone else , and you are doing a rather poor job of proving they are. Violent people will use anything to justify their violence and the Abrahamic Religions lend themselves to that very well.

If one has to be deaf and blind then surely you should have no problem finding me some numbers showing how much more violent Muslims are than any other group in the EU. And since they are so glaringly obvious it should be easy to get them from a credible source.

Violence is a daily occurrence everywhere. I will take your unwillingness to back up your own contention that Muslims are more violent than the general population as an admission that you could find no backing for it and graciously accept that as your concession of defeat. Please don't trouble yourself in any case as I would accept little you might conjure anyway. My ideas here are based on those statistical observations surrounding the well know and very basic principle of ethnology stating that "Intragroup differences always exceed Intergroup differences" which I am sure you are familiar with.

While I agree it would make us safer at least to some degree, the main question has to be "Will that benefit outweigh the negatives that come with it?"

We will be losing some face and most likely some opportunities to partner with other countries because of it. Even if your answer is "I don't want to trade with those countries anyways!"

I would however be in favor of a more stringent process for those countries you are talking about, just no banning. Don't get me wrong, I despise terrorists more than the average guy, but there is always give and take.

I am ignorant to the full process of immigration in detail, but perhaps add a few things to immigrants from those countries over someone coming from say France.

Travel ban targeting terror prone policies is a wonderful initiative. Look at how many Muslims are committing anti-western (anti-white) terrorism across the Western world. We do not want to risk bringing these people in. Especially from Iraq and Syria where Isis has bloomed. The left will get us all killed if they have their way.

Most terrorism since 9/11 in the US and even in France has been done mainly by people who were already there, and often even citizens.
