    You don't get it do you? Trump is proving to the American people the vast majority of citizens aren't affected at all by a 25% reduction in Government. That reduction should be made permanent and watch how fast the national debt comes down.

    What will the terminated Government employees do?

    The National Association of Manufacturers said about 500,000 manufacturing jobs are open.

    Well the President cannot trust Congress to keep their promises, can he?

    Trump himself tweeted Thursday: "When I begrudgingly signed the Omnibus Bill, I was promised the Wall and Border Security by leadership. Would be done by end of year (NOW). It didn't happen! We foolishly fight for Border Security for other countries - but not for our beloved U.S.A. Not good!"

    How much does it cost to provide health care and lawyers for over 50,000 people a month and 396,579 for 2018?? The wall even at $35 Billion would be cheap compared to that.

    Prediction: Trump will use "Emergency Powers". Democrats will judge shop and get a stay. The Supreme Court will rule one way or the other and both sides will "Feel Good", because their team stuck to their guns.

    All that time, America as a nation will continue to see its borders violated, citizens murdered by illegals, and drugs pouring through, because the Democratic Party believes it will receive power and control from a growing demographic of illegals.

    The Left has put power and control in front of protecting our citizens.

    He is not a whiny brat, he made a promise to his base to have a wall constructed. Him trying to keep that promise is laudable. If he had come out of the blue and just said all of a sudden that he wanted a wall then I would call that a tantrum. This is the President using the tools he has to influence the decisions of the legislature.

    I am for States' rights. If a state does things I don't like then I either vote for new leaders or I move. Apparently you want Big Government to come in and order the states around. Yet another example of how Trump has been a disaster for Conservatism.
