Trump Administration’s Careful Afghanistan Withdrawal Plans Were Ignored by Biden

Why is that good for us?

 

They were stymied and when the violated the agreement Trump brought down the roof on them and would have continued to do as the Afghan army grew stronger, their air forces better trained and organized, their intelligence agencies more capable and yes the voters voting in more democratic governments, stronger governments. All the while we retaining a forward operating base in our fight against the terrorist who want to kill us.
It was noted today in the briefings not one country, over the horizon, has granted us the right to use their country and air space to fight the Taliban in Afghanistan. Another Biden policy failure and lack of leadership.

 

So another 20 years waiting for that army to be competent? No thanks

 

Nation building in Afghanistan was a bad idea in the first place. It’s good that we are getting out for good. Let the Russians take over again.

 

Jesus we are now pulling military out of Kabul.

So the troops are in danger of ISIS now but the Americans stranded are not. Good god the boots would happily fight ISIS for those innocent Americans, what is going on.

We weren't building a nation, the Afghanistan's were building their nation. We were supplying military aid in the fight against the Taliban who wanted to and have now destroyed that and allowing us to have a forward operating based there which we will desperately miss.

 

Probably none.
