I am an American. My political ideologies doesn't decide whether I'm happy or sad with an election. The quality of the person elected does. If I felt there wasn't a Leftie who presently isn't grappled with a sense of insanity I might actually lean in that direction.

(Since I was originally a Liberal before becoming a third positionist.) As it is, the Left is grappled with a sense of insanity and in the ideal world, we'd vote for an independent. In our currently stinking world, I hope for a rightie that can cross the aisle.

What is telling is that, as a sobering slap upsides the noggin for charismatic Trump worshippers, even the most Trump-skewed polls - Fox and Rasmussen - cannot, with a straight face, entirely misrepresent the constant and unrelenting dismal appraisal of their fake deity, Fox News admitting to -8 points in the public's approval / disapproval of Trump, and Rasmussen -9 points.

Fox also concedes a +6 generic ballot advantage for Democrats in anticipation of a Trumpery-motivated election on November.
