Did you know that the SDNY Federal Prosecutors are not affiliated - in any way - with Mueller?

True, he does it all the time, for his reputation. That is pretty clear and cut.

Oh I am well aware. It should be fairly obvious that I disagree with the opinion offered by the SEC expert.

Its possible to have more than one motivation for trying to bury embarassing information about a candidates conduct.

I would also suggest that Melania knew all about trumps pecadillos. Its not like he hasn't had a long list of mistresses, or that he left a couple of is wives for them. Seems he is pretty damn selective about when to "protect" his wives from hearing about his sexual indiscretions.

Personally I don't think a person's sex life is any else's business (provided its with adults and consenting). And its not like trump hasn't publicly bragged about his prowess.

And who know\s perhaps Cohen's recordings of the hush money for sluts discussions with Lyin' Cheatin' Crooked Donnie. Intent? go figger.

More over, even if he missed a reporting deadline, tre precedent set by the prior admin is a referral to the FEC for a fine

My understanding is it was, if not, as we saw with the prior admin, with a much larger amount, it’s simply a fine

if its a campaign expenditure which you haven't proven it was
and don't give that vague answer of anything that benefits the campaign because then that could be any dam thing from a hair cut to a meal because anything that personally benefits the candidate would also benefit the campaign

I wonder how many women JFK paid off ?

But I bet he used the Kennedy trust fund that is kept off shore in some bank instead of Kennedy's campaign coffers.

Michael Cohen pled guilty to a felony campaign violation law.

How much more proof would you like?

Cohen may have, the President was a victim of Cohen. Cohen as a lawyer should have known better....as the sentencing memo made clear. As a victim of Cohen the President deserves your sympathy

I'm only concerned with Russia Russia Russia and how many low information voters were influenced by Russia Russia Russia.

The original accusation that was first published in the N.Y. Times that the N.Y. Times retracted was that Donald Trump (that's Donald Trump not his campaign) was in a direct collusion with the Kremlin referring to Vladimir Putin.

The resistance has kept changing the accusations over the past 25 months looking for anything to stick.

Well, that's not technically true... Mueller referred the Cohen investigation/prosecution to the SDNY for things outside of any Russia/Trump Campaign connections..... IE Women payoffs and Cohen's personal-time crimes...

But it certainly seems from the sentencing memos that they have very little interaction on the prosecution fronts...

That 27% of the Eligible Electorate facilitated the election of a MORON.

    "Private Transaction"?

Trump (as usual) grasping at straws.

Fortunately, Trump gives us SO many targets, it's just a matter of staying focused and not getting lost in the infinite number of possibilities... It's hard, I know.... Was a lot easier with Nixon (I assume)
