    That was the first press conference that didn't absolutely horrify me with our lack of seriousness. Lets see if the testing goes smoothly or if it's like the launch of the Obamacare website.

    You have to understand that all options have to be weighed before taking such actions. A national emergency is a huge deal. Our entire school system in LA has been shut down for a month for K-12 public schools. I doubt a month will fix anything if that's the ultimate goal. Only a vaccine will fix that, unless it dies off on its own.

    I've been watching the DJIA since he started talking and it's gone up 1400 points. Evidently, the Chicken Littles on Wall Street are happy with what they've heard.

    Now, if Congress will stay in session and do its job that would be helpful...
