    Proven false.

The shop I worked at wasn’t in Ohio. We sold machine guns monthly. As soon as someone paid for one, it’s theirs. They could come to the range and shoot it as often as they wanted. THey just couldn’t transfer until the form 4 came back.

Are you saying that's not the Federal law? Interesting.

There are ranges where people can use a machine gun....they can't own it, as the law highlights. They can fire it at the range, nothing prevents that.

I correctly pointed out you can walk into your local class 3 dealer today and buy a machine gun.

Sure, some ranges have machine guns to rent. What I said was, patrons purchased a machine gun. They own it. They had free access to use it at our range h til their form 4 came in.

But i highlighted you were and are incorrect. I provided the law, you can’t transfer ownership without atf approval.

Sounds like a conditional contract, nice of you all to do that

Trump said the number one reason was mental illness.

Back ground checks are done for all types of things in this country it doesn't mean you are labeled as a criminal.

If you and Trump think the mentally ill are the ones who are mass shooters why would you get rid of a law that would stop them from obtaining these weapons.

You speak with a forked tongue.

But you don’t have any ****ing idea what you’re talking about. It’s why you are a always wrong.

You can’t transfer possession. Ownership is yours when you pay for it.

If you can legally own a handgun,’you can legally own a machine gun. You can walk to your local class 3 dealer right now and buy an m16.

Your ignorance of class 3 forearms appears to be intentional at this point.

When did he say that? Your own quote from him said it was hatred

Then why put them in a database for criminals?

I’m not an expert...but I’m smart enough to know you can’t “own” something that can’t be transferred to you

Are you denying he said that?

What criminal database are they put in, I have found nothing stating that. Please provide the link where you are getting that bullshit.

Geez they were not put in a criminal database. A background check doesn't list you as a criminal.

And what happens if the ATF shots down the application? A guy here has bought multiple class 3 said he pays up front and if it doesn't go through he loses the money.

Not all civilians, however. Just as not all soldiers are professionally trained in the operation or firearms, or engage in war crimes.

The point remains the same. The united states military does not encourage soldiers to waste large quantities of ammunition.

The obvious question of "so what?" must be asked with regard to the above. What ultimate, meaningful difference, does such actually make?

Handguns are the most commonly used firearm in the commission of all crimes. Murder, mass shootings, etc. Yet even that fact is not sufficient for a total prohibition on such firearms. If being the common commonly used firearm in the commission of all crimes is insufficient reason for a total prohibition, being the least commonly used is also insufficient.

With regard to the first part, or the second part?

If with regard to the first part, the determination used for classifying a social security recipient as mentally ill is if they employ a third party to manage their incoming payments and benefits.

If with regard to the second part, a social security recipient may employ a third party simply because said third party can freely travel to and from the bank whereas they cannot come and go as they please for whatever reason.

It's called the National Instant CRIMINAL Background Check System. It's a CRIMINAL database.

It's quite disgusting that Obama and the left want to stigmatize people that are trying to get help....in particular people that are poor or elderly that depend on SS benefits to pay for that help.

I did...it's in the law. You just don't seem to understand the concept of ownership and property rights.
