I just saw where Tx is allowing bars to open up to 50% capacity. The governor is Republican, the governors has little choice given the National response to the virus.
I think Tx also shut down most if not all gov't facilities.

I shouldn't have read your like because it made me embarrassed for CNN. Their premise is his his unemployment rate is the highest at this point in an election year. The reason, of course, is that the governors and mayors caused the unemployment by forcing businesses to close. If you compare the current unemployment rate to the rate last spring, it is the largest drop in history. These numbers are purely political and nonsensical. It is click bait for people like you.
