Problem is, you're discussing the mass as weighed in kilograms, and Trump is discussing area, likely measured in square kilometers. Two different things.

When someone says the oceans are small relatives to the air - specifically, "And when you’re talking about an atmosphere, oceans are very small." there's no indication he was discussing weight. The word "small" in context indicates size and not weight, no one could argue against that. Unless you're prepared to argue that the combined size of the oceans on Earth is indeed greater than the size of the atmosphere - something I would be interested in seeing you try - your argument has no validity.
