If education was a requirement to post here you wouldn't have been able to even register.

If this board banned fallacious appeals to emotion, ignorance, dishonesty and ad homs, the left would be silent.

    Here you go:

On several occasions over the past month and a half, Trump has publicly floated ominous innuendos about how Cohen’s father-in-law (and in one instance, Cohen’s wife) could be tied to criminal activity. Trump’s claim was that Cohen was trying to get a lighter sentence by giving purportedly false information about him, because he didn’t want to have to give accurate information about ... something involving his father-in-law.

Finally, last Sunday, Giuliani made the subtext text by asserting on CNN that Cohen’s father-in-law “may have ties to something called organized crime.”

    Cite these.
Show how they qualify as a -threat- to anyone.

No, they aren't - the text of the supposed threats is nowhere to be found.
Provide the text of the threats
Show how they qualify as a -threat- to anyone.

    {Edit}
The 2nd link has a tweet from Trump.
How on earth does a rational, reasoned person conclude that tweet was a threat levied at anyone?

I already spoke with a lawyer known for being dishonest and he assured me this wasn't true. Case closed!

Why would Trump involve an irrelevant 3rd party in regard to the Cohen case that also happens to be a member of Cohen's family?

How is that a threat to anyone's safety?

He is clearly suggesting a possible motive for false allegations, not that he is going threaten anyone's safety.

I didn't; I answered it with my own. My answer is that Trump is hinting at retaliatory legal action against a member of Cohen's family. Now answer my question, please.

Why would Trump involve an irrelevant 3rd party in regard to the Cohen case that also happens to be a member of Cohen's family?

If that were true, neither he nor Giuliani would be hinting at Cohen's father in law. Why would Trump involve an irrelevant 3rd party in regard to the Cohen case that also happens to be a member of Cohen's family?

So as your dishonest lawyer said that the OP is not true must mean that the OP is true in saying that there is a case of obstruction and or witness tampering. Yes?

no we've seen the video that was trump implying something bad would happen to Cohen's family...the same method criminals use, "geez that's a nice family you got, it would sad if something bad were ever to happen to them" ...trumps message was clear...

Because Cohen's FIL is the person the feds are using as leverage to get Cohen to make allegations. Perhaps the FIL's freedom might be threatened but Cohen's family's safety?

There is no evidence of that.
