Stern is on record as saying Trump is possibly the best subject for an interview that could exist. "...all the aspects of his personality are right on the surface and easily accessible to the slightest questioning"

~ That would be the Presidential Records Act.
However Secretary of State should not be in possession of certain documents .

I love these “the vibe of the constitution” guys

Summed up beautifully in this scene from. “The Castle” (warning contains traces of Australian accent)

I swear I am going to post this every time I get one of those ridiculous “it’s the constitution” posts

None of those sins preclude being in politics, especially lack of military service, they are all pretty common among politicians in higher office. If you want to understand what he stands for, review the things he stood for while in office. Secure border, fair trade, equal commitment to our military alliances and sane energy policies were what I saw. Fair warning, it is extremely difficult finding any positive coverage of anything he did by the MSM.

Yeah, I did accept SOME of his foreign policy, particularly Israel. But I got too many bad vibes about Russia and Afghanistan.
I see Trump being like Meghan Markle. Would you vote for HER? Why not? Maybe her policy on energy, border, trade etc might be the same.
In other words, it's about 'character.'

I don't vote for candidates based on the way you see them. There is enough information on Queen Markle that one can make an informed decision on her without resorting to what if.

Where in the Constitution does it give unnamed people and sources the power to check the president's ability to declassify and/or decide what is "vital"? (or look back on his past use of that authority and unilaterally decide that it was beyond his authority)?

Who is this person or entity with such a powerful check on the presidency?

What Trump wanted was to make America Great. only for himself and that was it. There were and probably still are those that support Trump but Trump supports no one except himself and that is a fact.

Is that really true? Are you saying that Trump had zero discretion, on his last day in office, to determine what was, or was not a presidential record?

Or are you saying that discretion was irrelevant, as ALL records were presidential? That would conflict with the Presidential Records Act (PRA), as it seems clear to me that the act acknowledges that at least some records are personal.

Once one acknowledges that some records are personal, and some are official, it begs the question: who has discretion to determine which is which?

Is there some bureaucrat that is supposed to shadow Trump on his last day at work, as he is packing his files, with the discretion to point out which is which? "No Mr. President, that document stays; OK, you can take that one." Who is this unelected official vested with so much power over the POTUS?

And almost all Democratic leaders have claimed Trump stole the 2016 election with the help of Russia.

The difference between these Democrats and Trump is:

    A) The Democrats have stuck with their claim for going on 6 years, while Trump has only pressed it for 1.5 years, and,

    B) While both have failed to provide evidence, the Democrats used the full resources of the US intelligence and law enforcement agencies, as well as the power of a Democratic controlled Congress for 4 years, AND STILL FOUND NOTHING.

This is about the Democrats being weak traitors, who are afraid of running against Trump without Covid voting (maybe? they will still try that again), and so have decided they have a better chance of running against an indicted candidate, even though they know they have no intention of actually going to trial.

The Democrat media circus made it easy to reach every gullible person who thinks life somehow cheated them out of their true destiny. No worries, Uncle Joe will buy it for you.

    Exactly. Trump's own words...

"You see the mob takes the Fifth. If you're innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?" — Donald Trump, September 2016

They elected a man that is obviously making money off our enemy: the Chinese Communist Party. They know the threat America faces in this regime, but they cannot bring themselves to admit it, because their money flows and investments are tied to the threat. So they must desperately invent threats like the unvaccinated, white supremacy, and MAGA. But those of us who see the CCP for what they are know that eventually that regime will harm us in a way they cannot conceal. And then all of their ties to the CCP will be scrutinized, and they will be excoriated (politicians and companies) for failing America. And it won't be as easy as it was for those dealing with the Nazis, because we have the internet now, and we will not cede it to their disinformation board. The only way they don't get burned through the path they have chosen of protecting their money is if the Chinese people are able to take back their country before that regime harms us further (already has with Covid, but they successfully concealed that so far).

Judge appoints independent monitor to oversee Trump Organization financial filings

A New York state judge on Thursday ordered an independent monitor to oversee the Trump Organization’s financial statements following allegations that the company has been vastly overstating its assets. The judge’s order also blocks former President Donald Trump’s company from transferring assets without court approval.

Trump a democrat Politician only ran in the Republican Party, to ruin it. So he and his fellow Democrats could bring Socialism to America.

So once he got in power, he could divide America, and help confuse us, and always make us unsure about things. So, then another Democrat could take over the presidency with biden, and then go full force, with the Socialist Agenda.

The socialist agenda is already well underway and will be irreversible by the time Biden hands it over to Harris.

America has had a socialist agenda from the get go.
It starts with ‘We the people’, not ‘I as an individual’.
Socialism is not only in the domain of Economics, although many swivel-eyed Americans think it is, and the word makes many apoplectic. Really quite funny to see how much of a dog whistle the word is.
Maybe reflect on the comprehensive meaning of socialism next time you drive on a toll free road created by community effort.
