What experts would you alleged that would surely know. Obviously there are experts that know about security.

 

I heard about the gofundme page and thought it was great. Now all those folks who are supporting the idea actually have an opportunity to put their money where their mouths are...and if it results in a 'wall' built, good for them. But based upon recent information revealed about how Trump spends money allocated for other things, I'm not overly confident that it will happen.

 

Well there are walls and there are fences. You do know there are walls up along beachfronts, Right?

So you agree that walls deter people like the security experts say.

many villages/towns in the usa have walls/fences surrounding each private property/home to define their space...

 

Pelosi has walls that surround her home and a gate. Plenty of people have fences and walls around their property and its a fact that they deter people.

it's never ceased to amaze me that regular residents apply for permits to put up a deck, driveway, extension on house, detached garage, etc. just to get shotdown by the building dept due to local codes, yet the 'politicians' & board members have mini cities on their properties ???

Well for the 3rd time the money collected for the wall, once donated to the US Treasury, can only be applied by law to the 13 Trillion dollar debt. If someone donated in excess of 13 Trillion the funds would be spent on whatever Congress feels like spending it on. Now if someone thinks some private group will be funded funded by these donations, show up (trespass) on Federal land and start building a wall, that is an absurd idea. No, this gofundme thing is likely just a scam for the low information types.

 

Of course, those Prisons Walls do deter people from just walking in as well as deter the majority of inmates from escaping.

You would think the leftness would actually comprehend that Trump never said that walls alone would stop the migrations of people from getting in.

Hence Border security in the form of People. Then the tech, drones, cameras, etc etc. All make up Border Security.

Isnt it amazing how a good portion of the leftness doesn't comprehend that. They should listen to those on the left that knows the reality of the issue. Rather than just argue to argue.

I have seen fences and walls. Neither would stop someone who wanted to get on the other side.

Properties have such things for privacy or for marking territory. They would be idiots if they thought it would stop people from entering their property.

People aren't crossing the border by randomly wandering around.

Yes Properties do have such thing for Privacy. Yet Prisons don't have walls and fences for Privacy do they? Or for marking their Territory.

I say if those on the Right want to get the money up and find a way to get the walls or fences built. Do so. Then when any leftist damages the property. Take appropriate action.
