Considering black nations where mostly part of the british or french empires for half of the previous century i think this is not exactly a fair comparison

Fact remains thar since the moment most of africa became independend they have been a hotspot for regional conflicts on most of the continent.

The savagery how some of the wars and genocides are conducted personally makes it feel like its a good thing we never had a black empire or major power. En personally the way they govern and fight i find it unlikely that they would even be capeable of such a feat without help.

 

The young man gang beaten in the OP video was neither at a bar, or leaving a rap concert. He was at the local county fair.
