    It's legal. My guess is order will be restored and the left wing terrorist will run. The peaceful protesters will be able to return and hopefully their message will be heard

    nope the KKK was created as the orginal terrorist wing of the DNC...and the National Socialist party runs counter to the GOP, and in fact their policies on Govt are more in line with hte modern DNC.

    Republicans don’t defend Nazi’s or the KKK. They distance themselves from those groups.

    Democrats have never criticized Antifa. On the contrary, they’ve historically coddled Antifa.

    If you were a KKK member, what party would you vote for ... 1) the party that hates whites, or 2) the party that is race neutral?

    Neither party looks good to the KKK, but obviously the race neutral party is the least offensive to them.

    I wouldn’t say the Democratic Party, but for sure the Progressives and the social justice crowd gives them a wink and a nod. Nor would I say the Republican Party, but for sure the nationalists and the alt-right give the Proud Boys, the Groypers, and the Boogaloos a wink and a nod.

    So Trump absolutely has to send the army into the streets because Biden is way ahead in the polls.

    Like Putin, Trump must weaken democracy and freedoms for the good of all.

    The national guard is considered militia.
    Who's the few laws acts passed regarding it but I think the main one was in 1903.

    The President of America is charged with defending the rights and property of its free citizens against the mob that is hell bent on murdering and destroying the moral and the innocent. He must end the riot of the masses and protect the rights of the individual, “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”.
