GREAT point. I didn't think of that. But as with all the other questions he got, Obama didn't answer that one either. In fact, I don't think he answered ANY question. He pointificated; he bull(*)(*)(*)(*)ted his way through. He was really struggling for things to say...and yet STILL ended up hogging more than 3 minutes more than Romney....just as he did in the first debate. So, on the last debate, they OWE Romney an extra 6 or 7 minutes!!!

Yes. But Romney should have spent the entire time on F&F pointing out that his Justice Dept has refused to cooperate with the body inside Congress that is responsible for investigating and getting to the bottom of it.

I certainly think he could have done better on that last one regarding Libya. But the Moderator jumping in to help out Obama didn't help. She should have NEVER involved herself in that manner. Of course, when one goes back and reads the transcript of that Rose Garden talk, they can see that he made that comment "in general" terms; not specifically about the Benghazi attack.
BUT the main words from both Obama and Hillary AND his press secretary in those first couple days were about the video. Then 6 days later, Rice went on 5 Sunday political shows claiming that ALL the information they had at the time, pointed to it being a protest crowd over that video that got out-of-hand. IOW, someone.....who, we don't yet know.....sent her out there to purposefully LIE to the American people. Obama even went before the UN and made the same claims.

IMO, that IS the issue: PURPOSEFULLY LYING TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES.

So, you think that asking Romney to point out the differences between a president from 4 years ago was the most important issue of the day, eh? Despite the 23 million out of work. Hmmmm....

Tell ya what then: next Monday they should have a question ask Obama to highlight the differences between himself and Reagan!!! Now.....that would be a real riot and a laugh a minute.

Absolutely. Clinton signed legislation that ended Glass-Steagall. One of the Democrats huge donors was involved and pushing for it. His own Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin was heavily involved in getting that changed....and once it was changed, he left his position in the gov't and went to work heading up Citigroup, which benefitted tremendously from that law ending. But of course, the mainstream, never made a BIG deal of that. It was, after all, Democrats doing it.

Then there was the Democrats playground called Fannie and Freddie.....who created the pull for the bad mortgages by insisting that banks and mortgage companies lower their usual standards and telling them they'd buy them all up. AND there was also that threat that IF they didn't do so, they'd be sued for racial discrimination. Well, guess what? They are STILL being sued for racial discrimination.....this time for making the loans to the minorities in the first place. So, they were going to get it either way. IF I were one of those banks/mtg companies, I would have told the federal government to go pound sand; that I wasn't lowering the sound business practices qualifications for anyone. I hope they learned a hard lesson about threats from the federal gov't.

What's wrong with asking a Republican Presidential candidate "what will you do differently than the last Republican President"? That's a quick way of discovering why Mitt Romney isn't George Dubya Bush reborn and it allowed Mitt to highlight a couple of his campaign platform planks.

Cut tax RATES, you do know the difference don't you. And the Bush tax RATE cuts resulted in the wealthy paying more in actual dollars, we hit record revenues, and a larger share of total taxes while millions at the bottom had their total tax liability wiped out. What is your gripe with that?
Where has Romeny said he wants to invade Syria and Iran?
Neither proposed or has proposed doing away with SS and Medicare but I would like you to post Obama's plan to reform and save both, you know the plan he said he would present during his first term in office, the reform he pledged to get done.

After the Democrats failed regulate regulate regulate, good idea.
52 months of full employment, declining deficits for three years running down to a measly $161 billion, a growing economy...................what's your gripe.......what's been better with Obama?
