    Witness Trump wins and the left throws a 2+ year tantrum complete with violence, vandalism, abuse of government, corruption, a false and manufactured attack upon a duly elected President, etc.

    That's democracy. Democracy is the mob, and always has been.

    The nation as a whole was against the electoral college until trump won, then republicans suddenly overwhelmingly supported it. It’s about winning — by any means necessary. Their “values” have been destroyed by a single orange man.

    Just why do you think our forefathers set up the Electoral College? They weren't idiots. There had to be very good reasons to do it. Just what do you think that reason was? Answer that honestly and you'll get your answer.

    Got it already your vote detarmines who wins in your state my vote determines who wins in my state. It's union of states not a union of people.

    A President being good or bad has nothing to do with the ELC.

    You make it sound like "if only the will of the people were followed, all would be well". That's a completely disjointed position.

    You, I, or the majority don't, and shouldn't be able to decide how the FedGov is run. That criteria has already been established, and it is called the Constitution.

    If you want to change it, that requires super majorities of the states and Senate. Again, a very undemocratic process.

    If you're voting for candidates based on what's in it for you, I would argue you're a very poorly informed citizen and shouldn't be voting at all.

    No it’s a union of people. People should be choosing their elected officials. Having a president serve in office that the people soundly rejected is as unamerican as it can get.

    If there were actual efforts to secure elections in the united states, to guarantee that there was no voter fraud, then perhaps the electoral college would not be necessary. But such is not the case.

    Sorry but the constitution isn't going to change because YOU don't like the current election results. Tell your democrat politicians to campaign on something other than the race card and they might actually win Commiefornia will NEVER decide for the whole country. Capisce?
