I have been told, for example, that it is unwise, for inter-racial couples, to walk down the street, arm-in-arm, in some parts of the South. Would I be wrong in guessing that the same would not be true for homosexual couples, whether gay or lesbian? Is rural, "Republican America," more or less tolerant of transgender people than metropolitan, "Democratic America?" While there is prejudice everywhere, is a black person, jogging down the street, more likely to be attacked & shot at, in a supposed citizen arrest, because he, "looks suspicious," in the Red States, or in the Blue States?

And what does that prove about abortion?
