    And keep a person alleged to have directed a felony in the WH?? Perhaps for Stormy, but that's not the case here...

    Trump's actions here could have killed human beings... that really shouldn't be supported...

    Just so I have this straight....

    Dems are convinced Russia meddled in the election, which is why Trump won. They demanded full investigations. Found no collusion
    Joe Biden publicly admitted that he strong-armed Ukraine, by witholding money unless someone investigating his criminal son was fired.
    Ukraine, obviously in bed with the DNC at the time, supposedly meddled in the election (for Hillary)
    Trump asks the new president of Ukraine to check on the corruption of the previous government, up to and including the crimes possibly committed by Biden
    Dems completely ignore the Biden and election meddling aspect
    Dems want to impeach Trump for looking into the crimes and corruption

    Is that about right? And dems wonder why people laugh at them

    They want to impeach a president for trying to expose a crime, then elect the person who actually committed the crime.

    We have the crime and now we have the coverup (alleged).
    "In the days following the phone call, I learned from multiple U.S. officials that senior White House officials had intervened to “lock down” all records. of the phone call, especially the official word-for-word transcript of the call that was produced—as is customary—by the White House Situation Room. This set of actions underscored to me that White House officials understood the gravity of what had transpired in the call.

    White House officials told me that they were “directed” by White House lawyers to remove the electronic transcript from the computer system in which such transcripts are typically stored for coordination, finalization, and distribution to Cabinet-level officials."

    This all has the ring of truth to it, and everything else so far has been borne out. I don't know if they even have to impeach at this point. Trump may just end up resigning.

    The only thing that saves Trump at this point is if this whistleblower is utterly and completely full of ****. Based on what we know so far, that seems very very unlikely. Do WH officials want to testify under oath about why/how this transcript was "locked down"? No, they do not. I would love to be a fly on the wall in the WH situation room.

    All those months of the Mueller investigation, and in less than two weeks, we're at impeachment. Surreal.
