Hopefully the Prosecutor files charges for Attempted Murder: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/a...nsion-broke-the-law/ar-BB167vsI?ocid=msedgntp
When did I say that? There is potential for abuse in ANY rule/law made. The people that break the law don't live by the same set of rules.
So you want to Dox them because they were defending their property? Without incident mind you. Not rioters were harmed nor did the rioters do any damage to their property. Sounds like a win to me for some armed civility.
Is it just me, or is this idiot pointing the AR at his wife? Must be new to firewarms. And aren't all personal injury lawyers democrats??
How well has such required training served law enforcement officers, or the communities they are tasked with overseeing?
Whom do you suppose they tried to murder? And wouldn't that be what protesters would get charged with if they attacked the house? MO is a castle doctrine state for sure. But liberal democrats protecting their home seems novel to you...
OK. What about the untrained people that have their weapons taken and used against them? Criminals ARE going to break the law. Being prepared doesn't simply mean owning a weapon. Being trained in how to actually use that weapon (with fear, anxiety, etc.) levels the playing field.
It takes a couple hours at the range to become proficient enough to defend yourself with a firearm. It's easier than driving a car.
If you don't like white property owners pointing guns at you why don't you stay at home and observe safe distancing like Dr. Fauci told you to do? Idiots! i bet you're all anti-vaxers too.
From your article: The journalist Jonathan Myerson Katz tweeted that the couple might have been breaking a state law. I do not think a journalist of has authoritative powers charge anyone, no less for attempted murder when not even a shot was fired. I'd also like to note from your own article: Mark McCloskey is representing a Black man who was kicked by a St. Louis police officer while trying to surrender to the cop in April 2019. The officer in that case, David Maas, was indicted on a federal charge of deprivation of rights under color of law in March. Your TDS is strong today, Andrew!
How well did such work out with the law enforcement officers in the state of Georgia responsible for killing Rayshard Brooks, after he physically assaulted both of them and stole at least one of their duty weapons?
it's too bad the couple stopped them because trashing their property would have undoubtedly prevented any future racism or police brutality from ever happening again.
Yep.... He definitely one of the bad gun owners, no doubt. But fortunately, he used the weapon only as a deterrent. And I hope someone gives him some training on how to use (both of them) weapons correctly.
White people, guns, and walls are ba'a'ad. M'kay! They weren't trespassing; they were undocumented visitors!
It would take a while to identify the violent rioters who tore open those gates, but sure, those rioters SHOULD be charged with attempted murder.
The irony of liberals living behind walls.... It's like the Minneapolis city council who employ private security firms to keep the unwashed away from them... Oh, and looked the house up on a realty site. That house is super cheap at $1.15M. You couldn't build that house where I live for 3 times that. I can't imagine how that house was built for that kind of money...I suppose that the value of the home is reflective of the fact that it is in one of the Democratic shyte holes that no one wants to live in anymore. Like Gross Pointe by Detroit.. Sad really.
