The story accused campaign aids in being in contact with the Russian gov't. This is the ruse they want to use to then claim the Russians were working with the trump campaign. LOL

How about we just deal with the first one since at this point this is all incredibly laughable and can be narrowed down into technical ignorance. Do you have Adobe Illustrator and a scanner? Scan ANY document like a birth certificate, something that has fields to be filled out. Convert it to PDF. Optimize said PDF. Transport to Illustrator. Voila, layers.

Thanks for acknowledging the image, which was claimed to be a direct scan of an original, went through an image editing process.

I don't think you meant to just do that ...but you did none the less, haha.

The layering is created through scanners and PDF conversion, you use Illustrator to SEE the layers. My god, learn how this (*)(*)(*)(*) works first before you try to claim victory with an obviously absurd conspiracy theory.
