The determination of whether he was evil or not is solely based on the medical opinion of whether he was mentally incompetent or not, someone who is deemed as mentally incompetent cannot be seen as evil (or good for that matter) no court in the US can try a person who is not deemed legally sane REGARDLESS of what they have done.

While I admire your offer here the person you are offering it to is not reasonable in any way shape or form, just wander over to the abortion forum and see some of the comments left there by that poster ..
