Who and What are the 'OATH KEEPERS'?

You don't have to be a card-carrying member of the organization. You took the oath, you still stand for the principles.... you are an oath keeper... And sadly, we must do that against those who have no principles.

Patriotism seems to go like this.
Somebody declares ‘I am in charge of this place’
Then they call on others who occupy the place too to become combatants in a war they have decided to have.
If people refuse they are called unpatriotic and experience sanctions, if they agree they die in a war they didn’t want to happen, facing people they don’t want to hurt.
Patriotism seems to me to be something defined by the powerful to attempt to bend others to their will.
It is a very dark force, but brainwashed constantly into people by singing anthems and suchlike at every opportunity.

 

The media and left wing government would describe our founders as extremists as well if they were reporting on them in 1776. I don’t care what the left describes people as

 

If you were around in 1776 you would have called George Washington that as well.

 

Go to a dictionary, look up the word "coherence" and try to emulate that definition in your next few posts.

George Washington was fighting for freedom, from British royals who wanted to charge unfair taxes and limit American expansion westward.

The Oath Keepers are extremist terrorists who wanted to use violence to change the 2020 election.

 

Not the freedom of his own slaves obvs.

And of course the government hates this group, the concept that anyone would uphold their oath to defend the Constitution is terrifying to Washington.

And we know the government hates competition.

 

I am as typical "a rural redneck" as one can get.. I honestly don't know about any , never seen any, never heard anyone talk like "right-wing extremists," "anti-government extremists," and "far right militia." in my lifetime... and I have ran with some tough characters.... lived many areas... the only extremists I am seeing is the politicians in DC.

Yes Washington did defend slavery. Its true. The American revolution was a bit of a revolution of the 1%. The average American didn't give a **** about taxes to Britain.

The indictment alleges Oath Keepers for weeks discussed trying to overturn the election results and preparing for a siege by purchasing weapons and setting up battle plans. They repeatedly wrote in chats about the prospect of violence and the need, as Rhodes allegedly wrote in one text, “to scare the s—-out of” Congress. And on Jan. 6, the indictment alleges, they entered the Capitol building with the large crowds of rioters who stormed past police barriers and smashed windows, injuring dozens of officers and sending lawmakers running.

He was also a religious man, the only thing I can fault him for was slavery. But my point is the left would call him an extremist all day long

Favoring someone like Dirty Donald who's clear objective was to destroy public acceptance of our democratic voting process and it's result shows these so called Oath Keepers are clearly misguided and far from being patriotic.

 

Some founders argued against slavery but knew they could not unite a new country if they attacked that right. So at the time I think it was a necessary evil. However, the left would still demonize our founders and actively are. They even want to break down statues. These Oath Keepers are in my opinion higher on the respectable list than the democrats and left who are actively attacking our history and our historical markers.
