    I am sorry Nonnie, a contract can be drawn up about anything as long as the other party agrees to it, but do they have a "right" to it is a different question.
    The fetus does have different DNA than the woman. It is a different 'living thing" that she is keeping alive. It is the woman's choice to do that. To force her to do that against her will, the pro-life stance, would be unethical.

    WTF! There's an argument about whether a woman's fetus is inside her body or not!!

    WHERE TF would it be ??

    It's really , really hard to comment on that without getting an infraction.

    Is your liver all yours or can someone take it if they need it?

    Just because it's inside you doesn't mean someone can't force you to give them yours , DOES IT?

    So you don't own your heart , liver, blood, ...and anyone can force you to give them theirs???


    WHERE does that happen? Is this a common procedure to force others to give body parts to others?

    This seems to be a pattern with kazenatsu. When asked to answer a difficult question she is either gone or changes the subject.
    She is an admitted pro-choicer who likes to stir the pot but when things get too deep she is out of the pool. M3! (master of mixed metaphor)

    the science for the liver belonging to the women, would be the same reason the sperm belongs to the women and not the man

    it's part of her body now, and if she wants to use it to make a baby she can... or not... her choice

    You can't figure out why something that has a completely different DNA make up than any cell belonging to the woman, is not part of the woman's body?
    Sleep through high school biology?

    You NEVER answered the question:

    IF the fetus is not part of the woman's body why can't it be taken out and set on a shelf to grow on it's own.
