Who should be tortured?

    So, who is to be the victim? Only "terrorists"? (Give me a definition of that that would not include Bike gangs and I will listen)

    Only in extreme circumstances?

    Should we use it in the "War against drugs" because after all do not drugs cost lives?

    Potential Muslim Terrorists who, through torture, may be able to save the life of least one Israeli or one American.
