This is the first time I can recall ANY President actually verbally attacking a reporter who asked a difficult question. It used to be that competent pols welcomed hard questions, it gave them a chance to look good. At worst they might ignore somebody but they would NEVER just attack someone

That's a major reason I see for the division, certainly not the only one but a major cause. We non-Trumpers don't BELIEVE Trump, and we've come not to believe his followers because they support his lies and we resent the fact that his followers lie to us and expect us to believe them

So who determines if the rents are hurting society? You and Morgan Boydston? If society agrees to pay those rents, society is agreeing that the rents are acceptable.

The free market gives the consumer exactly what he or she agrees to pay for. When society refuses to pay the "unaffordable rents," society will get cheaper rents. As it stands, society is perfectly fine with the rent.
