I have to stop you there. You are starting with a false premise. Our homicide rate isn't sky-high. It is the lowest that it has been since the 60s - lower than during the Assault Weapons Ban and lower than it was during the time when most states were very restrictive on issuing concealed weapons permits. In fact as our CCW regulations have been relaxed and our levels of gun ownership have gone up, we have seen a steady drop in homicide rates.

A well regulated militia is specifically enumerated as being necessary to the security of a free State. In my opinion, the judicature should be busier engendering a culture of militia service from the bench instead of "legislating" from the bench.

Dude, just stop talking and typing alltogether, unless you are going to talk about something different.

So, how much money have gun lovers made without even a Cause, but maybe a profit motive?

Yes, go to My Control Panel > Edit Ignore List.
You can see that he posted and if you have any interest you can still view the ignored person's post. I don't use it often. But I do use it.

It may depend on advances in non-lethal methods.

I would like to thank those of the opposing view for ceding the point and the argument they didn't have, to begin with.

Yawn, so explain how making some law that resembles countless others that have been completely ineffective will result in fewer guns. Obama is single handedly responsible for a massive increase in the number of guns owned by citizens with his continuing assault on their rights scaring them, and rightly so. Unfortunately too many were too stupid to see it before the last election so we are stuck with Hitler junior for several more years.
