Obama was a mistake. Obviously many people got caught up in the hype of a very historical moment in America. Doing it twice, with eyes now wide open...is just putting party over country to the nth degree.

The more accurate viewpoint on jobs.

Obama hurts America because he want's to make poverty more comfortable.

What the guy says in the video rings true on a whole lot of issues and in so many ways, impacts my family's life negatively... much moreso than it does Obama's.

Drive by my home(with pending govt lawsuit due to back real estate taxes) and look in the driveway. What you will see are two old cars which I cannot get inspected due to them being old and not able to pass the tailpipe sniffing test(cost me $60 to find out they fail though). Obama, and his green tree hugging cronies, have basically made criminals of us poor folks by forcing us to use now illegal cars to even go about our daily lives. I'd bet he and his greenies drive new cars though and don't have to worry about making due with cars that don't pass his discriminatory green laws. Bet they don't mind paying $4 a gal either since we pay to fill his gas tanks.

He has divided the country, nearly down the middle. he has no dsire to uphold the constitution, only to side-step it and congress. He saddles us with more and more debt and bows to foreign leaders. We are now the laughing stock of the world.

When The Republicans drew a line in the sand and announced to the World that they have a single purpose in politics, and that is to defeat The President of The United States .... that was the divide. But remember, they are getting a Government Pay-Check, they are getting Goverment Health Insurance and they are making idiots who gladly support that concept.

    Yea ,,, there's a Divide alright.

The line was drawn because of his "leanings" and "associations". Democrats and Republicans have been on opposite sides since the beginning. In the early days they even shot each other...Alexander Hamilton...I'm sure you remember that piece of history. Both "partys" however are made up (mostly) of honest, hard working Americans who believe in and wish to preserve the constitution. Obama wishes to tear down everything that took 300 years to make America the best country in the world. He is trying to reduce us to a third world nation...thinking Americans can't allow this. It's not his color (at least I can say that about myself), it is his character that is in question.

    Baseless opinionated spin: ^

    Supported factsL: v

For those interested in truth on the Democrats and Freddie and Fannie, as opposed to the distorted spin of an right wing propaganda internet video, here is the vote of the Democrats on HR 1461, the Federal Housing Finance Reform Act of 2005, which was the *only* bill to regulate F/F to ever be passed (in 2005) by a chamber of the Republican controlled Congress.

    Party - Ayes - Nays
    Republican 209 15
    Democratic 122 74

    http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2005/roll547.xml

And here is the the Bush administration's response to this, the only bill to regulate F/F ever pased by either chamber of the Republican controlled Congress:

    http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/ws/index.php?pid=24851

    "the Administration opposes the bill"

And here's a link to an article about Republican Mike Oxley, of Sarbannes-Oxley fame, then ranking Republican majority member and chair of the House Financial Committee on Financial Services and sponsor of that bill, saying how they "got a one-finger salute” from the Bush White House.

He fumes about the criticism of his House colleagues. “All the handwringing and bedwetting is going on without remembering how the House stepped up on this,” he says. “What did we get from the White House? We got a one-finger salute

The House bill, the 2005 Federal Housing Finance Reform Act, would have created a stronger regulator with new powers to increase capital at Fannie and Freddie, to limit their portfolios and to deal with the possibility of receivership.

Mr Oxley reached out to Barney Frank, then the ranking Democrat on the committee and now its chairman, to secure support on the other side of the aisle. But after winning bipartisan support in the House, where the bill passed by 331 to 90 votes, the legislation lacked a champion in the Senate and faced hostility from the Bush administration. Adamant that the only solution to the problems posed by Fannie and Freddie was their privatisation, the White House attacked the bill. Mr Greenspan also weighed in, saying that the House legislation was worse than no bill at all.

See, this is exactly what I am talking about.

Why reduce us to a third world nation? What is the motive? [None] What is the potential gain? [None]

Your nonsense is moot, it is so far fetched and ridiculous it does not warrant consideration. I would love to smoke what ever you are smoking so that I could go through life believing anything.

You mean it has never been the goal of the opposition party to get their opponent out of office? Go figure.

    Right?

It is one thing to oppose Obama (and there are legitmate reasons to do so), but to use conspiracy theories and blatant stupidity is just a bit..... less than convincing.

There is a saying that hindsight is always 20/20. They say it for a reason because you can't predict the future, but you can try to be prepared or even prevent it if needed or possible. The gain for Obama is the ultimate plan of Saul Alinsky (possible spelling error) and other communists.

Look, you believe what you want...the halo on your avatar won't protect you!

    Exactly!!!

That's why I oppose him on the basis of fact..and in many cases, personally seen and experienced FACT.

Obama is bad for America and obviously some Americans, especially white ones... and that is fact as even no one here has attacked or denied what I have posted as the truth of Obama's leadership!

Great video Trinn, and right on the deficit money as usual. It still amazes me how every day our economy and our faith in our president sinks to new lows, yet we see libs here still producing socialist talking points in order to somehow ease or reflect the truth away from our worst president ever. You notice not one lib here ever points to a favorable or to a economically feasible accomplishment of obama. The fact is there hasn't been one accomplishment from this socialist. He's going to be best known for leaving us a legacy of a failed and dangerous health care plan that no wanted in the first place. Its going to be tough for Mitt to right the many wrongs of this potus, but one thing is sure--the Mittster isn't going to blame anyone during his process of getting America back on track. Obama promises jobs in the green and clean energy fields for the people, yet to date there hasn't been one job produced by his voodoo economic policies, and the unemployment figures prove it.

This thread is posted in the category of "political opinions". Having said that, the youtube contains information that is factual.

The TOS prevents me from telling you what I really think of you. The forum is diluted of quality content by the posts under the name TaraAnne. Suffice it to say, the things you write don't often qualify as debate or even logical.

He is to blame for his poor job performance. It's to the point where many reasonable people are rightfully wondering if he's doing it on purpose.

IMO, he's not a Muslim, but an atheist.

Which makes absolutely no sense. Intentially trying to bring the country down? Please.

    Which is a non-issue.

What surer way to win a re-election than purposely tanking the economy, right?

What's amazing is how many conservatives just take the crap they hear on the conservative propaganda outlets and regurgitate it here without even thinking. Rush and Sean and Glenn don't have to deal with informed people who can point out just how inane the stuff they say really is.

More propaganda and I won't let that pass. Oil companies get the same tax credits as any other companies.

AND they earn under 10 cents on a gallon of gas. The states and fed make about 25 - 50 cents per gallon. The govt is making the big money on gas. Stop with the misinformation, Ronald0.
