As I recall America was already divided by the Republican Party and their toxic rhetoric before the election. He has up held the constitution, and every President has side stepped congress. The debt was already out of control thanks to Republicans. Also he showed respect to foriegn leaders atleast he wasnt holding hands and kissing them. Honestly despite what rightwing whacko blogs say. Obama has gotten some respect back from the rest of the world.

 

PrezBO has wiped his ass with the Constitution and most of the world hates him as much as those in the US that actually inform themselves.

Hey you forgot to blame the world wars on Obama. Remember when he used the time machine to go back in time to instigate those wars then wiped everyone's memory so they wouldn't remember he was the culprit. Only the conservatives memories were not erased so they really know what happened. It was Obama.

 

So why would PrezBO enact policies to bolster the housing market, costing taxpayers billions, and bail out Fannie and Freddie time and again? The reason home prices were so high was due to government policies, initially created by Carter, expanded upon by Clinton and further expanded by Barney Frank and Andrew Cuomo. Bush failed to curtail them and PrezBO is keeping the ball rolling.

History shows there can be no economic recovery until there's a recovery in the housing market. Now that prices are so low, nobody is buying. Why is that, do you think?

YOU might have felt divided in someway, but the remainder of the nation was not divided until everyone saw Obama snatch the election from Hillary. He has not upheld the constitution as he is not protecting our borders and he wants to rearrange the 2nd amendment, if not do away with it. Obamacare will prove to be unconstitutional as well. Respect by every other president was presented and none of them "bowed" to them...that is a sign of subservience. The only respect Obama has in the world is when he buys our friends with more money we don't have because he has raised our debt more than Bush did in 8 years.

I am not surprised that the libs come out in force to defend O's disastrous policies. It will take some balls to come off the 3 year campaign trail and propose what actually needs to be done, like a sane budget for one. So far the ony person in Washington with balls is Ryan.

Frank/Dodd/ACORN and the dem congress catalyzed the mortgage meltdown that led to the recession. Bush warned it would happen, and tried to stop it.

The main reason gas prices have been going up is because our refiners bring oil in the front door, refine it, and then sell the refined stuff out the back door. We are now a net exporter of refined product. Kinda makes you feel good all over, don't it?

 

How has Obama not upheld the Constitution and how has he tried to re-arrange the 2nd Amendment. And how has he not protected the borders that Reagan, Bush43, McCain and the Republican-dominated Chamber of Commerce threw wide open?

Well before his last two years, Bush squandered a surplus budget and ran up trillions more debt, started a "mistaken" war that has cost us a trillion, and with his "Mr. Ownership Society" hat sat on an inflating housing bubble while preaching that markets can regulate themselves.

As for Fannie reform, even the former REPUBLICAN leader in the House says Bush gave them the "one-figured salute" and the Housing reform bill.

That is true. The difference is, there wasn't a bubble in the housing market when Clinton was president.
