At this point, this is not a criminal investigation and so there is no question of any trial. It's a moral and ethical issue now. So "innocent until proven guilty" is not at issue. It's only a question of whether victims are found by individual voters to be persuasive enough that they refuse to vote for him.

 

That's about the sickest rationalization I've seen in one hell of a long time. Any "god" that says under some conditions this is ok, and not worthy of anyone's serious attention, and toss any book saying otherwise into the trash where it belongs.

By that logic, generally speaking, Illinois supports pedophiles too. They re-elected Mel Reynolds even while he was facing criminal charges for, among other things, having sex with a 16 year old.

 

Or Harvey Milk in California. Preying on 15 year old boys. And even last year Democrats named a ship after him. Its pretty clear they could care less about child predators if they agree with them politically.

I think what is happening is that we are becoming aware of sexual abuse and it is no longer a dirty secret as it was in the past. Behavior that was accepted is no longer accepted and people are speaking out because they’re not alone. It is very scary, I know
