    And they were wrong.

Sort of like Cheney saying Reagan taught us deficits don't matter. That was incorrect, but the gop bought the matra. So we're stuck with it.

If Clinton had won the election all the women accusers coming out of the woodwork wouldn't get a second of air time.

Yes, I can read the language. It does not criminalize using the wrong term. It criminalizes discrimination and hate crimes against transgenders.

If you call her a "him" while physically assaulting her, then this bill makes your action a hate crime. It is not simply because you used the wrong term that you will be subject to he punishment though.

Maybe. Trump has had to go to court more times then any other President prior to being elected (that I can think of), so he has a better chance then any other.

Lol I know the law. And again, let me know when someone actually goes to jail over that. I'll sit here waiting....

    Sure

And they were wrong. I mean, do you guys have like....zero expectations of your leaders?

Lololololol yeah, and not paying debts had nothing to do with it.

The US political system has basically degraded to the level of sports where it doesn't matter what happens, as long as your side wins eh?

I sincerely hope that one day you guys get your crap together. I know I would be sad being the laughing stock of the world.

Only a sucker pays a debt if he doesn't have to.

But yes, if the United States was a power couple, both the man (the right) and the woman (the left) have retained their lawyers.

I like your analogy. It's very apt.

I don't agree with your notion though, it's very dishonorable and shows the kind of light America is shining these days. I mean, who do you turn to when you've burned everyone you deal with?

Lol, we'll be hearing about this until the midterms are over and still won't have a speck of evidence other than the left's #1 evidence, hearsay. Good only until it doesn't benefit them. Then we'll hear about it again the whole year leading up to Trump's reelection. Liberals are so predictable it's pathetic.

From Roy Moore to the ***** grabber in chief, republicans have shown they are into victim blaming, and excusing sexual assault. Remember these are the same neanderthals who cry endlessly about clinton and considered his indiscretions impeachable offenses. Trolling malls for young girls, sexual assault and bragging about it though? Those are just lying sluts looking for a payday. The alt right doesn't even try to hide their hypocrisy anymore. The people who subscribe to that nonsense have been proven too stupid to care about such trivial things.

There is nothing more boring on the planet than hearing about someone's sexuality or dubious claims of sexual harassment.

I'd rather rake leaves, or watch paint dry.

Please explain to me how these women would get each other's info and organize this complaint.
    And it's 'they're' not 'their.'

Ah there was a time when a mans word meant something. 10 years ago I would have sworn that this sentiment would have been much more likely coming from a liberal dem than a republican. If trump has brought about any changes to the republican party they are most certainly for the worse. voltamp is a case in point.

Just stop with your Trump hating partisan bias bull crap
not one of us has assigned guilty to any democrat on allegations alone
Franken we have the undisputable picture of sexual assault we have Conyers making pay outs to his sexual assault victoms others have confessed to their assaults
All in the hell you have on Trump or Moore is simple accusations without one shred of collaborating evidence

I'm sorry but I live in a country from which guilt isn't determined by accusations alone proof is required as in evidence not sure if Canada is any different
Now if you want to live in a country that follows your belief that accusations are more then enough to assign guilt I'm sure N. Korea or Cuba would love to have you

I thought you would conduct your self better being a moderator in all not to assign guilt on just accusations

So, given our new found criminal activity as being too forward with women, I don't reckon the kissing booths will ever make a return? Once upon a time, long ago, in a faraway land, america had these kissing booths, where school girls would raise money for the school not by selling candy, but by selling kisses!! Can you imagine that! And it was always the real pretty girls who sold their kisses to the boys. Today, if that were to happen, the courts would see so many litigations, involving the girls who had a tongue slipped in, during the kiss by the boy. Sexual assault! So we will never see a return to such things given what the opportunists would do, to make some money and to get their 15 minutes of fame.

So when did our females stop taking care of such forward men by the hard slap and the hard knee to the gonads? When did they stop busting out the abuser, which the whole room would have seen, and would have known what just happened? Which would publically shame the culprit, and punish the dude? Well, that would not serve the future use of such acts, against rich and powerful people. For we have found out, that for many men, this is all that it takes to ruin them, to cause them to lose jobs, etc. And given this is many times the outcome, this motivates women to be less than honest, especially when someone from the other party will slip them a good dose of cash, under the table, and depending upon who is being taken down, could be a small fortune. Trump would be worth a small fortune.

And so, to correct the abuses of such accusations, that were said to happen in the past, and never used back then, when it happened, this opens up the door for a really big abuse. To correct his, we need to change the law, that says if charges or complaints were not filed with the police when the abuse happened, to bring it back much later when such an accusation could ruin a person, like a president, and be potentially very rewarding to the accuser, should open the accuser up for the charge of slander. And this would stop this nonsense. And put an end to these lying opportunists.

But then, I thought it was stupid for Franken to resign for being accused of what he was accused of. Not like he raped anyone. Which would have been much different than what he actually did. I am just waiting for some male to accuse some female who is rich and powerful of groping him, as he is trying to take her down. We need someone who we can laugh out of town. And I think we know that any such male would just have to be one of snowflakes who melt so easily from micro aggressions. As he would tell us his personal space was raped, and how it has ruined his life, giving him nightmares, which deserved a few million in order to correct what the rich and powerful woman did to him. I figure we will see one of these men within a couple of years given where we seem to be moving.
