    I didn't care much for that President anymore than this one.

    So we're grading him on the Obama curve? Low expectations much?

    It is my goal to acknowledge the facts, no matter how unpleasant. I personally think the trip was bad, but one source says he has gotten a 5% bump in the polls.

    As to why his popularity went up, whether it is the success of the trip, or due to reduced tweeting (and no incendiary tweets for 9 days), we will never know.

    I personally think the big winner is Russia, since the trip has clearly driven a wedge between US and Germany.
