On another note here's my thought on why Jack Smith is sitting on indicting the "6 co-conspirators"; he's obviously giving them a chance to plea bargain by turning "States evidence".

 

It's one thing to spread lies about an election but quite another thing to employ the authority of your government to overturn the will of the voters without any consequence.

 

Another thought is that some already have.... Nothing says an unnamed co-conspirator in an indictment cannot have already done that... Although the one on that list that's most afraid of prison is probably Rudy Colludie...

I read somewhere that the current betting odds on CC6 is Epshteyn... that makes a lot more sense to me than Navarro..

Defense legal teams don't have the power to issue subpoenas. They have the power to interview all state witnesses when they get the exculpatory evidence some 45 days after the arraignment. But that's about it. Only in TV shows and movies is that the case.
