Lol…don’t forget trump’s perfect phone call telling Georgia election officials to find him 11000 more votes.
That’s pretty good “testimonial” evidence, eh?
Classical maga may not be enough for you with this crime.

They already know trump is guilty of trying to overturn the election but they have to save face and keep the denials, distractions and spurious attacks going full tilt.

LOL. January 6th, pressuring officials to change vote counts-- "You've gotta be careful, you could get in real trouble"-- and encouraging states to throw out their vote counts, trying to get VP Pence to reject the true electors, and the fake elector scheme: these are Democrats throwing things against the wall; as opposed to the allegations about Biden being in China's pocket, the removal of the Ukrainian prosecutor, Burisma (Ukrainian energy company), Hunter Biden, pedophilia, senility and, ludicrously, racism, directed at Biden by the Republican hit squad, which are all much more grounded in fact?

Having no consequences for a leader who tried to subvert our election, would be the dangerous precedent, here. If it makes you feel any better, I heard a former U.S. prosecutor, today, saying she thought that Trump would have a strong argument, because of his Secret Service protection detail, for "house arrest," instead of prison, if convicted.

Well, you're changing your tune. BUT! 2020 "WAS" the "cleanest election ever" ... until tRaitor tRump spread his lies and committed the seditious crimes he and his criminal cartel of co-conspirators perpetrated on The United States and it's citizens.

Turley is a paid Fox shill, he is also a Trump turd shiner. This current shining job will make him lose some excess.

On another note here's my thought on why Jack Smith is sitting on indicting the "6 co-conspirators"; he's obviously giving them a chance to plea bargain by turning "States evidence". 8)

It's one thing to spread lies about an election but quite another thing to employ the authority of your government to overturn the will of the voters without any consequence.

Another thought is that some already have.... Nothing says an unnamed co-conspirator in an indictment cannot have already done that... Although the one on that list that's most afraid of prison is probably Rudy Colludie...

I read somewhere that the current betting odds on CC6 is Epshteyn... that makes a lot more sense to me than Navarro..

It's going to be quite awhile before we get to see what Jack Smith left out of Trump's "speaking indictment."

"They don't expect the charges to stick, its all about trying to control the Devon Archer News Cycle."

That's is legit humorous... I didn't know Turley did stand up...

The "Devon Archer news cycle" died on it's own about 16 hours after he exonerated Joe Biden....

Yeah, that's what they all say for those who are accused of rape, murder, robbery, embezzlement, and so forth.

Here was a headline that scared me a bit this AM, as I respect Larry Tribe, until I read the article

Harvard Law Professor Spots 1 Major Flaw In Case Against Trump

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/harvard-law-professor-spots-1-072342844.html

To save a click, the 'flaw in the case" is that Garland didn't do more sooner, which everybody agrees with. That's a flaw, but not with the case itself.

    Terrible headline...

    Oh, god.
Solomon claims it's Bernie Kerik that will save the day for Trump.
Bernie's files will be released today
Solomon said Smith has had them for 2 weeks and should have read them. lol

'Kerik files surrendered to prosecutors show Trump team still probing election claims before Jan. 6'

'A lawyer says memos could prove to be valuable state-of-mind evidence that undercuts prosecutors’ theory in Tuesday's indictment.'

Defense legal teams don't have the power to issue subpoenas. They have the power to interview all state witnesses when they get the exculpatory evidence some 45 days after the arraignment. But that's about it. Only in TV shows and movies is that the case.

Yeah? I don't think so... that there were probing, but not finding, changes nothing.... It just shows a ridiculous stubbornness to accept that the election was OVER....

The thought that Bernie Kerik was going to find anything that any particular voting district (who knows their voters) couldn't is beyond laughable...

Trump will have the chance to prove in front of a judge that he is the legitimate President and that he was robbed of the election.

At the same time, he will be able to demonstrate that the 59 judges who rejected his accusations of electoral fraud are part of a gigantic Marxist/globalist/communist conspiracy.

This trial is an incredible platform for him.

There isn’t a chance in hell the judge is going allow Trump legal team to turn this into a trial on the integrity of the election. It’s already considered a fact the election did not contain fraud

    This is tongue in cheek?

    No, he didn't.

He tried to get Pence to violate the Electoral Count Act
He arranged for "fake electors" in violation of the Electoral Count Act

It's all spelled out in the indictment.

Exactly. These cases have already been in front of multiple judges and tossed. This judge is not going to relitigate those cases.
