Or maybe he should yell and scream like the prosecutor yesterday.

Nah, that's for people who have no case.

But yes, I am sure you would love it if O'Mara would stop talking, wouldn't you?

Now that is a credulity stretching comment, Martin knew where he left him, Martin knew his destination, Martin would have had to go back to the area Zimmerman was in and Z hadn't left that area, and yet instead of proceeding home during the 4 minute gap Martin went back to the area where the person he was supposedly scared of was - and you still are saying what? That Z planned for Martin to do so?

Right from the get go. Tracy was honest at first, but he got greedy, and now hes pretending thats his son screaming, knowing a mans life is in the balance. Its beyond pale.

O'Mara just called the State's assertion "Disgusting". The entire State's case is disgusting. Angela Corey sitting in front of the Martin's is disgusting.

This is the real world, not a re-run episode of LA Law. Arguments take hours, not minutes.

He is ... he shot to death an innocent teen with only 2 possible scenarios ... Zimmy was either able to throw Martin off where he then pulled his weapon and shot 'em to death or after Zimmy gave up and Martin got up, Zimmy pulled his weapon and shot Martin to death ...

Which begs the question. That women usually fall prey to Tall, dark and handsome.
    Like a Rock Hudson maybe.Surely not Short,Loud and bald {Prosecutor Bernie }.
Will that have any effect on the swaying of an all female jury.
    Do Ducks walk kinda funny.

Yes, your scenario is the only one that makes sense to you.

Then the state should have proved such a thing, too bad they didn't... That is where the burden lies, with the state, not Zimmerman or his defense team...

This is why the 4 minute silence was a big mistake.

The Jury wants to get to deliberation.

The State is so full of (*)(*)(*)(*).

I believe Trayvon was in Fact Stalking George.
It explains being taken by surprise { ambushed from some shrubs } and
    then sucker-punched to the ground.

I'm not sure if you have children or not, but a parent always believes in their children. They saw their child when they were innocent when growing up. They love their children and quite often convince themselves that this can't possibly be their child's fault. A parent that has just lost their child is not motivated by financial gains. Sure, they might want those that they feel are to blame it pay.....to feel pain close to what they are feeling, but most parents would rather have their child alive and well over any monetary gain. Yes, there are some parents out there that do not give a flying crap about their kids, but those parents are few, and the Martins do not appear to be those types of parents.

Putting the Jury to sleep -- that's good.
If he has them in a trance it is better for putting suggestions into their subconscious minds.
I hope he does it right.

For the record, I really do think that O'mara is a great defense lawyer, and is very well spoken....but it literally made me lol when he carried a huge slab of cement over to the jury. I'm not a fan of Z but i'm quite sure he will be acquitted.

Nope, the scenario supported by evidence and testimony is the one that makes sense to me - it is also the only relevant legal scenario to be considered. Some folks seem to relish making conjecture after conjecture that either have no supporting evidence or testimony, or pick and choose moments of time and then conflate them across the entire event. Others tend to want to stick to that which CAN be known and then follow that by logic to the most likely scenario.
In either case, any verdict other than an acquittal given the evidence and testimony provided - not conjecture of others - will be a miscarriage of justice.
