At least he showed more fight than Zimmerman claimed. The running fight showed how dumb the scenario presented is.

 

Oh? Zimmerman shot an innocent kid? Then why isn't he on trial for that instead of being on trial because Obama needed a fake son of the dead kind to get reelected on?

Maybe because he didn't want to get caught beating GZ. Running would have done no good if GZ could still see where he ran to.

Who said he was trying to kill GZ. Incapacitating him would have been sufficient.

Maybe, but nothing suggests that GZ wanted or tried to detain him. I also doubt GZ was intent on killing GZ, especially since he knew the police were to arrive soon. Also, it has been testified by the State's witnesses and the Defense's witnesses that there is no doubt TM was on top of GZ when he was shot.

Good news......on HLN tonight they had not one but two "mock juries".........one at CNN in Atlanta as usual......and one in Sanford made up of folks who had been in the courtroom today. The Sanford jury broke down strictly along racial lines.......four whites voting not guilty; two blacks of course voting not guilty. The Atlanta jury pretty much broke down on racial lines.....with one or two white self-loathers crossing the line. Alll and all a good sign for GZ.....

He didn't have to run home Good had already came out to say he was calling 911. As you call it, Z was too fat to catch him and too much of a wimp to follow him home.
Why couldn't he disengage Zimmerman?
Would GZ still be on the bottom if he was detaining Martin by dragging him down by the front of his hoodie and Martin was attempting to run away?

GZ said that TM said "You're going to die tonight!"
Is that not intent to kill?
TM decided to kill GZ for following him?

GZ told 911 to have the police call him on his phone when they arrive instead of meeting him at the truck at the end of the call.

 

Some crazy person will most likely kill him for the 15 minutes of fame.

 

He still went to jail, charges were dropped to a misdemeanor by which he plead after taking anger management classes.

He's just not a felon but he has spent time in jail.

Well, the trayvonites that were originally here have all but vanished. Not much fun anymore.

 

I could imagine some Ziminites on this board pulling out of a parking lot and the person suspecting them of denting their car. They call the police and follow the Ziminite to a different location. They grab the Ziminite to detain him when the man fall down and injuries his head. He pulls a gun shooting the Ziminite and killing him.

He claims self defense because the Ziminite bashed his head in causing two small laceration. According to the Ziminite, that man should walk away free if there wasn't a witness because he said he was defending himself.

The Ziminites daughter was on the phone when the confrontation started and heard the man grab her dad but that isn't enough to prove he might not be being truthful.

The online footprint of the Ziminites show how angry they were with all the political forum posting, he was just an angry skin head or prison gang affiliate, he deserved to die. Look at all that hate on his message board post.

 

The trouble with pure "evidence" is that it is disconnected and doesn't tell a story. A closing argument does, but has to be tied to the evidence.

 

They're all studying their honors' courses or reading Shakespeare.

No, he was arrested only. The charges were totally 100% dropped.

 

I can imagine Trayvonites pulling out of a parking lot and driving home seeing someone following them in the car. That someone follows them all the way home and pulls into the driveway next door. The Trayvonite waits until the driver gets out of the car then sucker punches them, straddles them, and beats their head on the driveway. Unfortunately for the Travonite, his neighbor is armed and shoots the Trayvonite in the heart in self defense.

 

You're STILL pretending to have an imagination?

Couldn't you just discuss the failure of the prostitution to prove it's case, instead?
