It's amazing to me people can't figure out the reason for the 90 degree angle. If Zimmerman is gripping the shirt locked in with his left hand, it would keep them at a 90 degree angle and fire the shot with the hoodie pulled away.

No one has still shown the proper scenario with Martin actually being between his legs rather than on top of him. Zimmerman would have the head injuries due to being Martin dragging him on his back while Zimmerman was shifting his weight to the ground to secure him.

I'll cop to being a "crazy ass cracka".......O'Mara was a small town well-respected lawyer......now he is a national figure with great respect from both lawyers and the non-black public...

 

This case was prosecution's to lose rather than his to win. The charge was overzealous from the beginning, and legal experts have been saying it for some time now. All he had to do was re-emphasize a calm/collected Zimmerman that sought to defend himself from an aggressor.

 

Even if he gets off doesn't mean he's innocent. It just means the state didn't prove their case and MANY Black commentators have opined on that.GDAY!!!

 

An aggressor that HE followed in an unmarked unofficial car then chased on foot in street clothes.

 

Everyone can see that he's innocent..regardless of skin color....

 

That was certainly not the mantra from the Trayvonistas three weeks ago......O'Mara was an incompetent boob......and GZ was already convicted of murder 2........just needed the jury to put the rubber stamp on the verdict.........notice how all of that has changed in two weeks........and Margot and Superbad have joined the witness protection program?

I was responding to the suggestion that O'mara has put forth some stellar performance, when in reality the state laid out a very enticing platter for just about any attorney capable of sticking to a certain narrative.

 

That narrative has NEVER been proven, but such is the nature of this case.

 

That's nice .... the only violence in this case was the murder committed by Zimmy.

 

Given Martin's propensity for street fights including winning a round by punching an opponent in the nose, and Zimmerman's injuries versus Martin's, it's the most plausible explanation.

 

Why lie about knowledge of SYG, finances and passport,Trayvon jumping out of bushes just to name a few???

 

WRONG! Zimmerman MAY be found "not guilty," NEVER innocent!

Try to get your mind around the fact that if a stranger in an unmarked unofficial vehicle is following ANYONE in the dark and that person tries to elude them by running ONLY to have that stranger give chase on foot in street clothes that the person may be fearful!!!! Also as a NW he was supposed to be UNARMED and not CONFRONT!!!!! That's why they settled out of court with the parents for nearly a million dollars. He could NEVER be in NW again!!!!!

 

I've always been generally more intelligent than the majority of people.

I know most people can't see through the smoke but try to come up with a viable scenario based on the physical size, logical reactions, distance covered, movement directions, level of defense used, goals of each person, life experience and reaction of Zimmerman post death.

Even after the shot he was focused on securing Martin and that was the first thing he asked of the first neighbor responding in his own words.
When he left his car he says he was in pursuit of a suspect. He was apprehensive of Martin being a criminal and also made statements of such to 911.
Given that, what did Zimmerman see Martin as on contact and do you feel he was looking around at the T so he could say hi or did he want to catch him for the police. He was nearly 100 feet from his car at the T.

As Martin was in the middle of a conversation on contact and near home, what would his mindset be as this was the first time he physically saw Zimmerman. Zimmerman would appear as a thick hispanic guy with an angry appearance due to being agitated from you running as well as possibly being a criminal.

Who would more likely approach in an aggressive way and who would be kinda off guard?
Who was actually looking for someone at the time and who was in a more leisurely mindset?
Who would eye the other and feel they had a physical advantage based on the eyeball test?

As Zimmerman said, have the officer call me on my phone rather than just meet me at my truck when he gets here.

Remember, Zimmerman was armed and trained in self defense. He knew he had police back-up on the way and had an understanding of self-defense law as well.

 

I've ALWAYS maintained Zman got his ass kicked by Trayvon, so what??? He put him in the position to defend himself!!!!

Apparently, they bought into the LIE that the state actually had a case against Zimmerman, which nearly EVERY WITNESS, (including the prosecution's) and all of the evidence , DISPUTE.

It wasn't the first time the Absentee Parent Hoodie Profiteers cashed in on "The No Limit (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)" checkin' out, is it?

PLease, keep on making up the artificial "right to fight" for NO REASON...so as to "explain" the ASSAULT and BATTERY of Zimmerman by Martin.
