Zimmerman Trial (Wed. July 10th.) MOD ALERT

Good thing I was talking about legal experts, then.

 

There is NO EVIDENCE, ANYWHERE, that Zimmerman assaulted Martin; there is TONS of evidence,and TESTIMONY, that Martin assaulted Zimmerman.

 

Those injuries can be sustained by attempting to tackle a person and falling into the concrete. Zimmerman was struck left to right like a if a person turned to run and an errant right elbow swung back as you were attempting to tackle them.

 

Like what do you mean ... not one paid and non-paid defense witness could say who started the fight.

 

He was the neighborhood watch captain,as chosen by his neighbors. He had EVERY RIGHT to check out the actions of a SUSPICIOUSLY BEHAVING STRANGER. Martin had NO RIGHT to assautl and batter Zimmerman, for following him...

WHO THREW THE FIRST PUNCH= ALL THAT MATTERS.

And we ALL KNOW WHO THAT WAS, don't we?

 

Okay, if you believe what you say put it in practice. Go find a random person walking around and follow them, see how they perceive you. When they try to elude you, get out and chase them see what happens next. Come back and tell us your results if you're able. GDAY!!!

 

AS there are NO BLUNT FORCE INJURIES on Martin, and MULTIPLE SUCH INJURIES on ZIMMERMAN what is the ONLY PLAUSIBLE EXPLANATION..?

It's gratifying to note that a bullet to the torso, resulting in death, is not considered by you as an assault.

Right because he fell on the backside of his head, the left side of his head, and the right side of his head, and his nose.

Witness testimony he was on the phone with a dropped call and his phone found next to him in the grass.
The witness also stated Zimmerman addressed him first and Martin was screaming get off when the call dropped.
Martin was shot at a 90 degree angle with a defense witness confirming it was possible he was shot while attempting to run away/disengage
Also, Martin had no offensive injuries.

 

How about we don't try to create completely inaccurate , asinine hypotheticals,and add in the FACTS of the case?

Like, I'm the neighborhood watch captain, in a GATED COMMUNITY, in a HIGH CRIME AREA, of a HIGH CRIME CITY, in the middle of a BURGLARY SPREE, and the "random person, is a STRANGER THERE, and is wandering around in the rain, appearing to be casing houses.

Wow! That sure changes it, doesn't it?

In addition, there is NO PROOF WHATSOEVER, outside of Trayvonite Imaginings, that Zimmerman PURSUED MARTIN ANYWHERE, once he lost sight of him.

The prosecution's OWN WITNESS testified that Martin had LOST ZIMMERMAN,and was "BEHIND HIS DAD's HOUSE".

But Martin DIDN't GO HOME...he RETURNED TO WHERE ZIMMERMAN WAS...and did THIS TO HIM:







The ONLY EYEWITNESS testified that he saw MARTIN on TOP OF ZIMMERMAN, striking downward at him.

Martin does not have a MARK ON HIM.

Gosh...I wonder WHO ATTACKED WHOM?


Now, hurry up ande make up some more bullcrap, to try to "explain away" what the EVIDENCE/TESTIMONY OBVIOUSLY PROVES....

NO, I am asserting the ONLY PLAUSIBLE explanation for Zimmermna's injuries,and MArtin having NONE.

 

Look Einstein, if he was acting as NW he cannot be armed nor can he confront. That's why the law suit was valid. Someone can throw the first punch but it doesn't have to land. Also they said he couldn't throw a punch so perhaps it was just ineffective??? The prosecution were lacking on their cross examination questions.

 

It's gratifying to note that you, consider self-defense assault.

 

Why the defense said he wasn't athletic???

 

Just stop.......the prosecution had ample time and resources to produce paid and unpaid witnesses to prove their case.........unfortunately they never came up with a scenario/theory......just like you they kept trying to punch little holes in the consistent/believable facts of GZ's story......sad

 

It seems strange to me that a person with a gun can kill one without a gun and claim his own life was in danger. But in America, anything can happen - and invariably does.

I don't have to MAKE UP anything about Martin's ASSAULT and BATTERY of ZIMMERMAN; this is ALL THE PROOF NEEDED:

I'm just saying Grokman thinks plausible and conjecture means fact.

 

In ending I would like to just be honest.I was taught well by the Nuns
about Always telling truth.It really isn't possible to " always " tell the truth.
I doubt many Nun's even follow that directive. But being as honest and
truthfull as possible does tend to lead to a pleasant and long life.
In this I think God has a hand.
I take as proof the former weatherman of fame Willard Scott at NBC.
The big, kind-hearted and brutally down home guy who for decades
graced the NBC network,with Jane Pauley and Bryant Gumbel,among others.
Willard Scott used to have a daily segment honoring Centenarians { 100 or more }
seniors on their Birthday.I was always struck when he gave their Bios.Most were
very simple down home Folk. A lot of Teachers { schoolmarms } and those who
had basic jobs { Librarians,Janitors,Tradesman,Carpenters etc. }
Just basic salt of the earth professionals with nothing whatever to do with
Politics or moving up the latter.I say that is why they lived to be 100.
Leading simple honest lives not concerned at all with any politics.

Literally turned on it's head.
We now have a Society where that very lifestyle is being eliminated and

Keep pretending that we all don't know that THIS is what was happening to Zimmerman, as Martin assaulted and battered him, "MMA-STYLE" , according to the ONLY EYEWITNESS TO THE FIGHT.

Keep IGNORING the EVIDENCE and TESTIMONY, and try to justify Martin's ASSAULT and BATTERY of Zimmerman...
